Had a clogged toilet. The operator, Dee, was super friendly and accommodating. She got me set up right away with a same day appointment just hours later. The plumbers who arrived were incredibly careful, professional, and courteous. We asked plenty of questions, and they happily shared their professional knowledge. They cleared my clogged pipe, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

We had a large complex sewer main line rework to the street needed in our house and this team was amazing. They were honest, cared about solving our problem, and worked with us whenever an obstacle came up. I would recommend Rooter King Plumbers to anyone needing a plumber for a large or small project.

They did a wonderful job with their work. The workmen were thorough and on time. My service was descaling/flushing my tankless water heater. They had the lowest price and good service. Dee in the front office is great. We will call them again.

Our hot water heater failed on a Friday. After one call Rooter King gave me a great price for a hot water installation, and promised that the installation could be done that afternoon. And they delivered!!
Sheldon called me to confirm the delivery and showed up on-time ! a professional! Handled the job without his helper who was out that day. He was great!

Great company! .. one that's prides itself on professionalism and outstanding customer service. I have used them twice and the guy who came out was knowledgeable and took time to explain my plumbing issue. The cost of repair was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the work done. They were a pleasure from start to finish. I was told they couldn't come the same day to replace water heater and scheduled for next day. About an hour later I received a call saying they had an appointment canceled and would be able to come out same day. The technicians were all very professional and easy to talk to. They explained the whole process and were knowledgeable. I've called and contracted many different plumbing companies, but they really stood out and will be the only one I call in the future.

I had the technician come out to locate a long disused septic tank. Friendly courteous and professional good value-for-money spent. I highly recommend this organization. I have known Sheldon for some years and only recently was able to become reacquainted. Glad to have found him and his company.

I would highly recommend Rooter King Plumbers. From the time I called to get an estimate, they were prompt with communication back to me with a time and date of installation. They came an installed my water heater, and even gave me a courtesy call a week later to check on me and the install. Very reliable, professional and punctual. He was able to fit me in for a job when my water main broke. He arrived at my house at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday for an estimate and his crew was at my house by 11:00 a.m. and done by 3:00 p.m., It was heading into a Fourth of July weekend and raining for two days, like crazy rain. I could not get any one to commit to the job until the following Tuesday. He came and did the job immediately, the same day. I am forever grateful. I would definitely recommend this company and give them 5 stars and providing me with excellent customer service.

We have used them before for our dishwasher and garbage disposal. This time, we had a small leak in our water line connecting to our refrigerator. They were not only very professional, but they came earlier than the scheduled appointment time and fixed the issue right away, We highy recommend this company.
