Hampton Inn & Suites ATL-Six Flags

My husband and I were experiencing a roadside emergency with our full-time 5th wheel and made a last-minute reservation to stay here. We were pulling our 45ft trailer and when we arrived there wasn't parking to accommodate, as there was construction in the area that wasn't showing when we checked the aerial view. I went into the lobby anyway and there was a tall soft spoken angel named Mr John working the front counter. He went outside with us and tried to help find a parking solution and there just wasn't one. I was in tears by that point and Mr John was just so kind and calm in the situation. He stood with me as I called to officially cancel, and when the young man on the other end of the line got snappy, arguing that there should be enough parking, Mr. John shut him down and took care of it himself. We ended up not staying, but Mr John was just so kind and he really took care of us just in that moment. You never know when people just need that little bit of kindness. Mr John was just who we needed in that situation.

I enjoyed my stay here with my family! The rooms are nice and spacious! The breakfast was delicious! I really liked how when I was in the room, I could not hear any banging noises next door or above me. It was very quiet and I like that. It was near a lot of things that you could easily drive to. The only thing I noticed that in the room was that it appeared to have been a piece of Fruit Loop cereal on the floor under where the desk was at and the desk at the chair had some stains on it. It seems like housekeeping did not really do a good job of cleaning in the room beforehand. Also for the fitness center, there was not any elliptical machines in there, but on the hotel's website, there is a picture displayed that has an elliptical machine in it. Overall, I still had a nice stay and I would come back to stay again in the future! Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites ATL- Six Flags :) !

Definitely recommend this hotel! Friendly staff, super clean rooms and lobby, decent breakfast. The toilet paper is super thin but it works. The Hilton app makes checking in and out really easy too.

I booked a few rooms to accommodate family in town for my wedding and realized we needed an additional room at the last minute. The front desk clerk was friendly and helped to get our room making sure it was near family. I would recommend this hotel.

Couldn't be happier with our stay here ...the service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. The staff keep the hotel very clean and are willing to help you with whatever u may need. We were less than 5 minutes from Six Flags and within 15 minutes of Truist Park which was great because we caught a great Atlanta Braves game while in town ! An excellent family vacation !

good place, brought two acts they were totally fine with the room. Also if you don’t linke the pillows that sink you might wanna stack two pillows to sleep on because the pillows in the hotel are a little thin and sink in but otherwise everything about this hotel was totally amazing. Also super quite!! Whenever you arrive to the hotel and have to use the restroom, the toilet shuts slowly so don’t worry about it slamming!

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever enjoyed. Also, I slept like a baby. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it looked really nice. There was a waterfall with a hot tub.

This was the best stay we have had since visiting Six Flags. The front desk was very helpful in admission and our room was the top graded. The pool area and our service was great! I give you all a 5.6 rating.

I couldn't pass up this opportunity !! I would like to recognize Meisha who was so helpful, every time I need something she was right there. She has been there 5 months, but she provides excellent customer service. She is definitely a keeper!!

Me and my kids just left here after a 4 day stay!! #1 this hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in the room was clean to perfection, not only that the room and hallways smelled so good! #2 breakfast staff and breakfast it self was amazing!! Everything is self serve but it was amazing! If you have left something or even need a drink or something to snack on the little store has everything and when I mean everything I mean it. Hotel staff was amazing we visited here spring break and weather was all over the place so pool was closed also you about 20 min from downtown Atlanta where all the tractions and Georgia aquarium is, but for the most part I will come back to this very hotel it’s worth every penny!

I'm posting this review now on the off chance that someone else who has stayed here had a similar experience.

A number of years ago I stayed here on a business trip. The duration of the stay was three nights. My room was on the fourth floor and was impeccable and very spacious.

The first night was uneventful. The second night I slept fitfully and wasn't sure why. I kept waking up and my eyes were ever drawn to the window across from the bed. I finally got up to look. The hotel pool was below and across was a gated area under construction, a large mound of earth enclosed within. Everything was still and quiet but I felt odd, as if I were still asleep, dreaming, and might wake at any moment. I shook the feeling off as best I could, turned on the TV and fell asleep to some Friends reruns.

The third and final night I woke from a dead sleep certain someone was in the room. It was pitch black in the room but as my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I sensed something watching me from the ceiling. I looked up and there, in the corner above the bed, was a very dark shadow. This shadow seemed to have feline qualities.... it felt like it was readying itself to pounce on me. All the while my hand was scrabbling at the lamp on the nightstand to turn on the light. I couldn't find it and I knew I had to take my eyes off the swirling, shifting shadow-thing.

When, in desperation, I finally did, I felt a hot rush of air blow over and past me. I heard the curtains swish and then I managed to finally, finally turn the lamp on.

The room was empty. There was nothing in the corner above the bed. The curtains at the window were swaying slightly, though. Cautiously, I approached the window and looked out. The night was quiet and still and empty.

Nothing to see. Regardless, I remained uneasy and at 3 a.m. I turned every light and the TV on and took a quick shower. I decided to pack up and call it a day.

Has anyone who stayed here experienced anything remotely similar to this while staying here?

Our family of 6 (Including my far baby) stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We received knowledgeable and kind customer service prior to checking in over the phone by Camisha O. on multiple occasions (purely a coincidence). Our stay was delightful. The hallways always seemed to have a freshly deodorized smell. I would love to see daily room cleanings return but towel exchanges were no issue. I would recommend and would also stay again.

It was late when we arrived. Desk clerk took care of us immediately. Our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was hot and we enjoyed it. Everyone of the hotels employees that we encountered were polite and helpful if we had a question.

I wanted to leave this note specifically because of the amazing, helpful front desk manager Gabrielle. Gabrielle worked with me to accommodate my work schedule and helped with the original room assigned had technical issues.
As a Gold HHonors member, I have to say that by far Gabrielle at this location was the best Hilton employee I've ever encountered.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean. The landscaping was gorgeous! The breakfast was very delicious! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt extremely safe at all times. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The staff were awesome. Clean rooms. Comfy beds! Delicious breakfast. Right next to I-20 and a slew of National and local eateries. Not far from Atlanta(12-15 minutes)
Decent sized rooms. You MUST request daily room service if you want your room cleaned.
Huge bathrooms! Will stay again!

Clean room, nice staff. Continental breakfast was good. Coffee was good. A lot of the fast food places in this area had super weak coffee but this hotel staff make it nice and strong. Not a huge spread, but had scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries. Would like to see some alternative milk options or fruit, but understandable selection in a small space.

Room was super clean upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast had good options and hotel staff is very friendly. Great location with Food , Grocery & Six Flags in just a short drive. Will definitely visit again !

We were visiting for our daughter’s birthday and we did the contactless check in so we never went to the front desk. Due to Covid they have changed the hours of breakfast and we were u aware. When we realized breakfast was over earlier than expected, Tiffany the GM came to our aide and went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. She gave our daughter a birthday card and a gift of breakfast!!! We are very grateful for Tiffany’s customer service. She is an amazing asset to this hotel brand. Good job Hilton!! We will be back.
