Always Cake

Nicole made the cakes for our wedding, as well as the weddings of several of our friends and parties we've been to, and the experience has always been amazing. Nicole is easy to work with, and provides great service, as well as delicious cake! I strongly recommend the chocolate cake, it is ridiculously good.

We worked with Chef Nicole for our wedding cake, and everything was delicious. She was very professional, helpful, and responsive from our tasting to completing our order. We had a couple's personal cake (red velvet) and 3 different flavors of cupcakes (tiramisu, dark choc. raspberry, and strawberry champagne). The cake and cupcakes were moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet like most other bakeries. Our guests enjoyed every bite and shared the same sentiments.

We went to a bridal event, looking for cupcakes that were not crazy sweet. Always Cake Bakery was perfect! After seeing the options for flavors online, made the trip about an hour from us to sit down with Nicole. She handled everything and made it so easy to order for our event. The day of, she showed up early and had the cupcakes set up before anyone really even knew she was there. We had so many people compliment the cupcakes! The process was easy from start to finish and we would highly recommend Always Cake Bakery.

I got married in October and Chef Nicole did such an amazing job on our cupcakes. I told her that I was never the little girl that dreamt of her wedding day and for the first time I felt like a vendor finally heard me. She was prepared with ideas and to say these cupcakes came out better than I could have imagined is an understatement. Chef Nicole holds herself to a high creative standard and her cupcakes and cakes reflect that! I can’t wait to get my husband’s birthday cake from her!

Delicious and Fun Cupcake "Plants" were delicious for my daughter's graduation party. They made a wonderful party favor for the guests to take with them after the celebration. We will definitely be back for more cakes, cupcakes and treats! Thank you so much Chef Nicole.

Chocolate, coconut, and red velvet custom cake was delicious! I apologize for the slightly melted decoration in the image. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I sent a picture of the cake that I wanted for my granddaughters 1st Birthday party. Not only did the Bakery capture the beauty of the cake, but the cake was perfect. We ordered a strawberry and vanilla cake with a cream cheese filling. Delicious!!!! I will definitely order from Always Cake again. The beautiful cake make the party complete!

I first learned about Always Cake when I ordered Chef Nicole’s chocolate ganache cake at a restaurant. Hands down the best chocolate cake I have ever had! I subsequently hired Always Cake for my wedding and am very happy I did so. From the very beginning Chef Nicole was a dream to work with and was very accommodating with meeting times. Loved how willing she was to experiment with flavors and we were able to work out a second custom flavor cake for the wedding (lemon cake with blueberry compote in case you were curious -yum!). I would absolutely use Always Cake again for my next event.

I am very picky about cakes and usually make my own from scratch which sadly causes me to generally be disappointed at other people's parties and events where cake or cupcakes are served. For my son's 18th birthday I was having a party and wanted a professionally decorated cake. The theme was Dungeons and dragons and I just did not know how to pull that off with a cake. After sharing my general ideas the chef came up with a design that blew me away. The cake turned out amazing! It was the most delicious devil's food cake I have ever tasted. Wish this bakery had been around years ago. 17 years of baking multiple cakes a year... This is a new era for me as a mom LOL

We went there for my partner's birthday and instead of getting just one cake, bought slices of several cakes, a cookie, some gelato and a "brownie sundae". And we also took home a freshly made cheesecake. (Yes, that was excessive.) EVERYTHING is delicious! The cheesecake is the best we've ever had and we are cheesecake aficionados. We will be back!

I happened to see strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting the other day at the store. The lady told me that if I eat them together, it would taste like strawberry cheesecake. I don't like cheese cake, so I thought to myself "I can always take off the frosting and just enjoy the cake itself".

I normally cannot finish a pack of cupcakes from grocery stores / chain places, but I found myself finishing all + licking every frosting that I could find left on the fork :D

I cannot find enough kind words for Chef Nicole and her exquisite cakes! I had a simple Google image i had fallen in love with and wanted to find a bakery who could bring that to life...I was having a Beach Wedding Ceremony and when I was given her info from another satisfied customer I reached out, and she was incredibly sweet and communicative! She assured me my cake would be exactly what I wanted and she packaged it so beautifully! When she delivered to my house the day before our trip I was in total shock and speechless at the beauty and exact replica of my dream cake!!! Looked soo much prettier than any picture! Not only that but it was a highlight of our Wedding, everyone...and I mean everyone down to the youngest Child fell in love with the delicious cake! We went with strawberry champagne for one tier and zesty lemon on another and when I say she delivered not only a gorgeous cake but a delicious one at that!!!! She's the sweetest Person and very detail oriented, Chef Nicole, you'll definitely be hearing from us again soon!! ❤❤

I try to stop by once a week or every two weeks. The owners and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I'm proud to support small businesses. Would recommend everyone check them out.

Great tasting treats. Nicole was super friendly and delivered earlier than expected. Cookies were moist and not over powering. Cake pops were much bigger than expected and were a hit at the event we had. The cake however was the best. Her unique flavoring (& recommendation) was loved by all the guest.

If we could post 6 stars, Nicole would have earned it with the best wedding cake we have ever tasted. It was perfect and beautiful and amazingly tasty! Everyone is still talking about it.

Wow, what tasty cakes. If you’re looking for rich, moist cake then look no further. I’ve tried strawberry, chocolate ganache, and peanut butter and all three were really great. The bakery was super flexible and it is apparent the amount of work that goes into each slice. Two thumbs up!

Couldn’t be happier with the 5 dozen Black Forest cupcakes that we ordered. They were beautiful and tasted amazing! We will definitely be back!
