I stopped at this location, because I was alone and didn't want to eat in a busy restaurant!! The salmon was delicious with the green beans and mashed potatoes!! also the cheese cake for dessert!!But the best service came from Chris!! He was an awesome server and very friendly!! It was busy at times and handled rude customers very well!! I will come back for that type of customer service for sure!!

This hotel is amazing. While visiting ATL I always stay here if they have availability. The employees are great! Tiffany at the front desk is always pleasant, and provides incredible service!!!!!

Wasn't pleased with room service. Requested twice that my room be serviced. Room was never serviced trash can was running over. I was there for 5 days. Had to go down stairs to request coffee twice. Overall customer service was very friendly.

Rooms and Hotel was clean very friendly staff restaurant was good food and friendly staff .just needs more of a food Menu beside that 5 ⭐

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lithia Springs from the time we walked in the front door. Everyone had smiles on their face and was very pleasant. The rooms were clean. The food was excellent the service from the service people. Everyone was very professional. This was a wonderful place to stay away from home

Extremely clean! The mini fridge and microwave were so nice to have. Parking is close to hotel and easy to find a spot. Add the breakfast package to your room; it is a chef that cooks a personalized order. It was fantastic! The staff we encountered were all very friendly. We have no complaints. Great stay!

Handicap accessible room was really accommodating. Very clean& spacious. Will definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend 👌

The rooms are nice and the beds sleep well. They do serve breakfast but it's not a free breakfast. My husband said it is good.

I stay here often on business and always A+ staff are always friendly and helpful to me.

Love the indoor outdoor pool ordeal . Pool was cold but they had a hottub indoors.
We got the whirlpool suite and it was nice. There was a foul odor coming from I assumed the pipes in bathroom but other than that very nice hotel

We used the Hilton honors app, we arrived around 1am, we had a crazy day. We were able to use the virtual key to gain entrance to the hotel and then eventually our room. We didn’t have to talk to anyone, definitely recommend the app! Our room was spotless! We had a keurig with coffee supplies, fully stocked fridge of water. They’re using neutrogena toiletries which we appreciated! I only wish there were more channels available on the TV or if they had a smart TV. Went down for breakfast, chef was very kind. Front office staff very kind when we asked about local recommendations! We were able to check out on the app as well! Amazing stay. We will be back!

I've only been there to deliver food and did get to see the inside of one of the rooms and they're very nice I wasn't sure where I was going when I got there and the staff was nice enough to walk me to the location

First time here. Front desk was extremely nice- I needed bandaids for my poor blistered feet (should have worn different shoes) and the woman at the front desk gave me some, plus some antiseptic. The room was a great size and the shower had good pressure. I’m a fan of the big TV! They even left me towels on my door in a bag when I had the do not disturb sign up ! I’ve never been at a hotel that was this considerate. I’m glad I booked this hotel again when I’m back in town on business in a few weeks. Hope the service and the room is as nice as it was during my stay this week.

Although the hotel is currently undergoing some rennovations at the moment, it is still very nice, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with a room which was solved quickly and we got a lot of good rest. We did not have the hotel breakfast as there is a Bojangles down the street, something we cannot get at home. I spent some time in the lobby after checkout but before my husband was back from an office visit and it was really comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I stayed here for work for a week or so. The rooms are currently being renovated so they're quite nice and new. It was very quiet. The parking lot is large, and even though the hotel was booked solid I never had to park far away from the front door. Be aware that nothing inside the hotel is free. Breakfast is I believe $10. Shampoo wasn't replaced between cleanings. Staff was very nice. I'll be back.

We got in super late and the night attendant was more than helpful. The room was perfectly chilled and we snuggled right in. While there was a beetle on the pillow cover we just wrapped it up in tissue and went right to bed. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Everyone picked something different and was extremely satisfied. The friendly and personable wait staff absolutely made the experience.
