Candlewood Suites Atlanta West I-20, an IHG Hotel

The Location is located in an area by other hotels. You will enter the hotel parking lot by means of a right off the main road, and then a left that will take you into its parking lot. The lobby staff DEE and Amy were very accommodating. I needed additional towels for a king size room, and a late checkout for Sunday.

They gave me until noon. I really enjoyed the neatness of the room, it is complete with a stove, silverware, and fridge, also microwave. The bathroom is very spacious, and the shower for our king, studio suite was very comfortable. The shower was stand alone, and had great water pressure.

The outdoor pool looked a bit unclean, but I DID NOT GO OUTSIDE TO VERIFY THAT. I only saw it from a distance. One thing that I found to be exceptional with the hotel is that the staff really seemed to care. The room does come with some silverware but I would recommend bringing your own. There is also a dishwasher in the room along with soap and dish liquid. Very nice stay, simple hotel, and great staff. Looking forward to returning. The price also wasn't bad for the 2 nights that we stayed. Checked In Friday, Checking Out Sunday.

Reminder: 2 star hotel has nothing to do with the service of the hotel. It simply refers to the AMENITIES That are offered, for example this hotel does not have a restaurant, or sauna, etc. Stars are given to hotels based on what they offer additionally, which unfortunately, also affects the pay as well !

I visited a friend that was here visiting and came to candlewood and the front desk clerk was beyond friendly and the hotel was immaculate.. I don't know what they charge but I know it's worth it. It's beautiful.

I have been staying here for almost 9moths and this place is beyond great. I have read reviews about bugs here I have not seen one in my room. Some people don't understand that it is out of the hotel hands when outside guest bring in roaches, Bug ETC. But for me and my company we have yet to see one. We have a total of 6 rooms and love every moment of this stay.

We stayed 3 nights, we were disappointed they didn't have a skillet, we chose the suite because of the kitchen. We did see a roach on the counter and they only clean their rooms every three days. Every night it sounded if there were kids running over our heads and we were on the third floor. I wouldn't recommend nor would I return

The King bed suite was a perfect fit for my kids and I. The mattresses and pillows are heavenly. Clean, friendly staff. Adequate parking. Convenient to everything I need to make it through a full week stay in the area. I’m a IHG Diamond Elite Ambassador Member, so I’ve spent over 100 nights in IHG hotels. This location will remain at the top of my experiences. Thank you!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little skeptical about making reservations. However, when I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised how GREAT my room. I thought I was in a Penthouse it was so nice. All the appliance updated, dishwasher, plenty of storage areas and cabinets, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, paper towels, etc.., My room was very immaculate. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice, spacious rooms and the beds were comfortable. Nice front desk staff. Minutes away from six flags and several restaurants.

The service was amazing! The rooms were nicely sized and clean. The only thing I was concerned about was that the shower head and drain cover looked like they had mold on them.

Very clean place and love that the rooms come with their own silverware and pots and pans… oh yeah and a full sized dishwasher and fridge !! Free laundry washing machines to wash your clothes, gym and pool are nice. Over all, great place to stay at.

I loved my room space and it was clean. The staff was very professional and friendly at the same time.The hotel had a gym as well and I loved alsobthe 24/7 coffee. The rooms was as a home away from home for me.I shared my likes with my family so they can stay there when in town.We will be back and I'm going to bring family.Thanks to the staff ,and the lady at the desk she rocks.God Speed to them all .

Very nice, got there at 3 am to check in and no problems, the lady at the front desk opened the locked interior door and helped me promptly. Very nice customer service. Just stayed a couple of hours to get some sleep. Would recommend definitely!

Wonderful. This has been the best experience ever since I been going to different hotel. The tall handsome guy is very entertaining and funny. He made my time there enjoyable for me and my kids. Our next stop thur we will definitely be staying at this location again. Thank you for have the best personality. Rooms was amazing as well.

Best hotel selection I've ever made. This hotel has everything you'd need and more. The shower is like a standing spa, pillows are ridiculously soft, shopping centers 2min away. Great location, staff and facility. a/c is Super Cold/ or warm whichever preferred. This hotel surpasses any Hampton Inn. They just don't serve breakfast. But they do have a perfect kitchen . just bring a toaster oven or air fryer for baking, and you gotten yourself a home away from home. They make sure you need nothing but your clothes.

I had a sneak sneaklink here the ceilings are kinda small the bottom floor is misleading but I'm 7'3 so small ceiling might be your thing

Nice, clean. Didn't offer turn down service every night but we could get fresh sheets should we want them. We also had our puppies stay with us there for 3 days. There's a lot of space to walk pups behind the hotel. A nice little community with a forest. No breakfast but there was plenty close by!

The Owners Put A lot Of Work Into this Place. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is beautiful. Went so far to renovate & accommodate IHG members w different reward packages.

My husband has been staying here for 2 months, my children and I came up for Thanksgiving. Room is modern and inviting. Could use a little attention as the chair is ripped and wall has water damage, but overall very nice and reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere!

Room & pool were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Great location near a gas station, Walmart
and restaurants. Mrs. Lisa at the front desk was very polite and the housekeeper Mrs. Martina was really funny and down to earth. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. Thanks for a comfortable Stay.

Nicely renovated, spacious, and comfortable rooms, kitchenette has all essentials and full size fridge+dishwasher. No complaints 👌

My family is here temporarily and its a perfect fit for a family of 9. All the amenities for the family, free laundry service, kitchenette and more. I couldn't believe the luxury of this hotel. All that it provides we will celebrate the Christmas holidays here so we are ready and going to enjoy it !!! The staff is amazing and true servant's!!!
