I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.

As soon as I walked into the store I was blown away on how organized the store was! Everything was easy to find and when I had questions their friendly staff gladly helped me! I was shopping for some clothes for my upcoming beach trip and an employee named Lex helped me find what is in style and also his personal choices. After that I went to the fitting room and absolutely loved how the clothes look on me. Will definitely come back!

The customer service was great,the store was clean.But when I came into store the workers did not come and ask me if I needed assistance,I had to approach the worker.The worker was just talking to her friend like she didn’t have to work.

I went to buy some blouses that were at a good price, I buy 4 for $ 25 today, but the boy who charged me at the time of charging me only put 3 blouses on me and on my receipt he charged me for the 4 blouses, I hope they will return that money and see more what their cashiers charge and put in the bags since many times one as a client trusts that they put everything that one pays and they do not ! Cool store. They had a lot of cool stuff and I would've bought more but I felt like I was being followed around the store so I didn't look around for as long as I would have liked.

No greeting. Picked up 2 items. Walked to the register and waited. The black girl with purple hair who works there was standing right there, looked at me and didn’t come over. Finally two employees came up and argued over who was going to check me out. Again, no greeting. Bought my stuff and left. Won’t be back. If I ever need anything from this store I’ll just save myself the hassle and rude employees and shop online.

Credit card was stolen and used at this store. The store has great cameras but they repeatedly hung up on investigating officer. Corporate did not respond either. Any place that does not support catching criminals is not on my spending list. Shame in you guys!

Very, very disappointed! After buying a pair of Converse the employee forgot the take the security magnet off!!! So I have to go back to the store and if I was expecting some kind of compensation for the inconvenience but all I got was “ We are sorry”
Well “ Sorry “ sometimes it’s not enough, especially when you’re working in sales!
And I’m sorry as well but I will make sure that all my friends will know about this!

I went into this store on two separate occasions and both times the workers did not want to do any work. First time I went to the register to ask a question and the lady looked at me like I was crazy and just shook her head instead of actually replying back to my question. Second time I asked if they had these shoes I wanted in another color and the girl went to the back and came back after a minute and pretty much said that there were too many boxes and she wasn’t in the mood to look. Tilly’s needs some new workers. it was my first two times in the store but I will not be coming back and spending money here.

Worst customer service , unprofessional staff talking on mobile phones and short staffed. Shopped over $100 worth items , come home and found out the smart security tag was still attached to one of my shirt. Had to drive 30 miles just to come back and remove the tag . Asked to talk to the manager , and she was terrible . I am not shopping here anymore . Lousy and rubbish customer service.
