Brenden and KJ were super helpful!! They thought they didn’t have my size and when they found that they did, they waited for me to exit the store across from them to tell me! Great customer service!

There wasn't a survey I could do but the lady assisting me went above and beyond to help me look for a shoe and the one I wanted in my size was stained and she went to try to remove the stain because they were sold out all over the US. I didnt get her name but her name tag did say manager. She was amazing! Thank you to her😁

I arrived at JD just as the manager pushed open the doors on Wednesday the 24th. I had an exchange ordered from Finishline. The Manager and all staff were friendly and helpful. When average to sub par customer service is the norm, the Staff at JD were friendly, helpful and had a positive holiday attitude! Thank you all!

I honestly don’t understand why this location has such bad reviews. This location have got to be the best I’ve ever been to. I always find what I needed or even better. All the staffs here are enthusiastic about what they do and I understand sometimes you’ll find one or two that holds back the shoes for their friends or selling it, but I been getting a lot of nice stuff here. The only thing I didn’t like is that I entered so many in store raffles and I never won lmao. Until next time!!! Peace

I had a wonderful experience when shopping for my 20 month old. I was approached and asked if I needed help. The guy that helped me decide was very knowledgeable and took his time with each of my request. I believe he said his name was Eric. If you ever go to this store looking for recommendations I strongly suggest you ask for him.

Was at the store around 1:30 pm on April 8th 2017, Saturday. The store was busy, but I was taken care of well.

Had a very helpful associate, Devin? (I'm terrible with names.) I was having a hard time finding a new daily walking shoe... walk about 20+ miles a day at work, old shoes were starting to look and smell like swiss cheese.

For over an hour he helped guide me to find the perfect pair of shoes. Ending up not being able to decide between two and just ending up buying both pairs. We found the right fit and Devin was very helpful.

Melissa the register was also very friendly, and made the check-out process fun despite the chip reader being uncooperative! Folks can definitely learn a thing or two about fashion from her despite having to wear uniforms.

Definitely will return when I decide to wastefully spend money on more shoes I do not need.

My friend and I went in there unsure of what exactly we were wanting to purchase, and we came across an associate named Evan who was nothing but awesome. He took care of everything for us, answered all questions, and was just polite all around. He had a welcoming spirit, I usually don’t go to Finish Line, but because of Evan and his outstanding customer service I will be back more often. So if y’all ever go to that location make sure to ask for Evan :)

I’ve never been inside this particular store, but over the phone Christian helped me tremendously; so much so that he tried on/had already tried on a particular shoe for me in advance to let me know if it ran big or true to size so I could shop online correctly. Thanks Christian!

Shop here and ask for Shyair! Great help with picking out my sons school shoes. Walked all around the store with him until he found what he wanted. Excellent service and a sweet soul.
