Working with Cobb County Community Service Board has been a wonderful experience. The staff and leadership are the heart of the organization working daily for continuous quality improvement to become an organization of excellence.

I've been an employee for around 15 years and the agency has a true passion for recovery, often going above and beyond to assist.

Cobb CSB is dedicated to helping everyone who comes to them. They are a professional and kind group of people.

Although no one enjoys having to come here or needing their help but they are helpful and it is a good decision if you're considering going there

This agency goes above and beyond to make sure you get the resources and assistance you need.

It was ok got in and out got my questions answered and it was clean

This agency was at the top of it's game when it was ran by a different CEO. Now it is just ran by the good ol boys club where they run off good counselors and put inexperienced people in charge, who have no counseling experience. Take a look at how alot of their programs have went down the drain.

The place is absolutely horrible, extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The hospital transferred a family member to the facility after being told they had an open bed. Now after being at COBB CSB for going on 24 hours, there is still not a room available and they are being left in the lobby still in paper scubs from the hospital, unable to shower and put on clean clothing, and having to sleep in a chair. This place is supposed to help with mental issues, instead they create more mental trauma for the patient. This is horrific and I do not recommend any one reach out to them for help.

I can't speak for the quality of service, perhaps because there is none? I can't even figure out how to make an appointment with their dumb phone line just spewing useless information on an endless loop. I've tried calling both numbers, and they both just do the same stupid spiel without offering to speak to a receptionist or anything. Absolutely ridiculous, but then again, since mental health is such a delicate thing, maybe this is a blessing in disguise, because if they can't even book appointments properly, how can they do anything well??

Terrible place! My appointment was at 840 and I wasn't seen till 3 PM all the medical assistants had attitudes and the nurse Terry Hayward refused to return my prescription! If you had any problems here please report it to the state health of office immediately! Do not come to this place of theif and disrepect.

Called, asked to speak to someone to reschedule, transferred to absolutely no one, and then when I tried to call back they didnt answer 3 times. Just as bad as the health facility that recommended them. So as for customer service there is none.

How are you suppose to talk to patients when no one will give you a straight answer
