THE BEST!!! I was working with a previous agent last year for about three months and things just weren’t working out. So I was referred to MHRG by a friend and they were a complete lifesaver! I had looked at over 10 homes with the previous agent and submitted offers on 5 and none of them got accepted or even received counters. After speaking with Amy and discussing my wants and needs in a house, we went out and looked at two homes (JUST TWO) and I fell in love with one of them. I told Amy I wanted to submit an offer but wanted to be strategic with it considering the “luck” I had with all the other offers I had submitted. Amy said she understood and totally agreed and said she would reach out to the selling agent to determine what the seller was looking for and we would go from there. Well she did that and I submitted my best offer and was under contract the next morning and closed within 30 days! Amy and her team were able to do in 30 days what the previous agent wasn’t able to do in 3 months. Would definitely recommend them to other prospective buyers/sellers and I would definitely use them again in the future. THANKS AMY & WILL!!!

If you’re a homeowner and looking for someone to manage your property… USE THIS COMPANY!! I was a previous tenant and they managed my townhome and I want to thank them for the years they helped me. They resolve issues in a timely manner, return calls/emails promptly and have resolved all issues and concerns I’ve ever had. I’m just taking a moment to give this review because I’m still at the property but unfortunately a new company has taken over and it’s been a nightmare!! I’m not sure the reason of the change of new management but I sure do miss dealing with you all!

Amy was absolutely WONDERFUL! My partner and I were first time homebuyers looking for an agent that catered to that population, so we came across Amy's profile on a real estate website. After speaking with her over the phone, we decided to meet her for dinner so that we could get a better understanding of her experience as well as to ask her specific questions we had regarding the entire home-buying process. At dinner, she answered absolutely every question we had regarding the process. She explained to us what she expected from us as well as what we could expect from her. After dinner, my partner and I decided to work with Amy. She immediately got to work for us. We gave her a list of houses we wanted to see and she also gathered some she thought met our must-haves. To make a long story short, we found a house in less than two weeks working with Amy. During the closing process, she was with us every step of the way. Thank you for making our first home-buying experience so simple and easy!

They are awesome. I moved in about a month ago maybe less. Have had no issues what so ever to be a big concern. Between Cindy and Amber I must say they are the best in getting things done in a quick matter. I did put in a request and the following day it was done. They are a awesome group and I will continue to rent with them until it’s my time to buy a house. Maybe in the future I may even buy from them because they do for the people. Since the first time I called and spoke with Amy McCoy about my interest in purchasing a home she was extremely pleasant and seemed dedicated to helping me find my first home. The following week she took me out to see five houses. Her attention to detail was immaculate as she ensured that I knew about the development within the area as well as the history of each home. It made me feel well prepared to buy a home as I knew the changes and developments that were being made in every community. I appreciated her sharing her knowledge about Atlanta as a whole. Amy was not only knowledgeable, but she was also very attentive and loving in nature. I felt as thought I could relate to Amy on a personal level as she told me that she purchased her first home at the age of 19 as well. She did not associate my age with naivety, but with passion to learn and desire to own a home that would fulfill my current needs. Amy is selfless and believes in her clients, and that was important to me as I always felt listened to and as though my opinions and questions were valid. Needless to say Amy was amazing, and she will forever be my family real estate agent.

10, 10, 10s across the board!!! We started our ambitious goal to sell and buy a house at the same time. Amy McCoy came highly recommended. She helped us learn the market, set a competitive sales price and find the connections to set up a competitive purchase. The whole team, including Rochelle and William, helped us through some of the hardest times of the sale and purchase (even when the unthinkable worst case scenario occured). At the end of the day, I am SO GLAD we trusted the #ATeam to get us the best deals, and advocate for us, and encourage us to push through to the finish line. A great team, queer and trans affirming and always supportive of BIPOC community.

I had the pleasure of working for/with Amy McCoy, her staff and even some of her clients. She has a genuine concern for her work and the work she does for others. I was and still am impressed and inspired by her work ethic.

The best!

We had the WORST representation by a sellers' agent, Amy M., at this realty group. She failed to properly vet potential buyers for our home, and consequently, we had a parade of un-qualified buyers sent to view our home. The last potential buyer failed to pay earnest money for the pending deal, and Amy M. made no effort to obtain the earnest money. We found out that the money had not been paid 2 days before the proposed closing date, and when the deal fell through (because the proposed buyer was not qualified from the beginning), Amy and MHRG took NO responsibility for the complete failure of a primary fiduciary responsibility of a real estate agent.
Dealing with group was a big mistake. They should NOT be in business.

I have been a been a renter of this property for over a year now and during that year after I had signed a new lease, about 2 months later they went under "new" management and they do not answer the phone, they do not return phone calls, they do not complete work orders as they are supposed to be done, trying to get ahold of them is like trying to discover a mermaid. It's absolutely ridiculous. From a renter and a rentee standpoint this company is a joke. You should take your money and property elsewhere. Oh and let's not forget they don't pay property taxes like they're supposed to causing homeowners to almost move their property to the county/state. Again this comapny is a joke. I wish I could give 0 stars.

There’s something fishy with this company. Too many lies and the story keeps changing... they are in bed with Pacific Holdings but will claim they have no relationship. Most of the Owners live out of the Country so they pocket a lot of the rent money and deceive the Owners into thinking rent is not being paid or that the place is not rented. These ppl are no different than those at Pacific Holdings. Just different players taking advantage of the system.

Very unethical,selling due to divorce, had offer on house and was in negotiation when I recieved a document and was ask to sign and return it, had I done that without reading it carefully I'd had to replace roof and do a lot of high dollar repairs and wasn't even getting asking price (payoff and commission only) then when I didn't renew the contract with her she sent my ex all the communications I had had with her. I know this because he just sent them to me.
