It’s been a looooooong time that an associate actually approached me as a customer to let me know they’re available to help me and showed me where they check me out when I’m ready. Thank you Mary for being so kind and introducing yourself to me.

My wife loves this place. The customer service and free gift wrapping sets them apart from the competition.

A great store with high quality merchandise, a wide price range, beautifully decorated and great customer service! Also, it has the best lounge in the entire mall!

I absolutely love everything about this store! It is such a pleasant shopping experience every time. The staff is beyond kind and professional.

This is a high-end retail store that sells mens,women's, kid/baby clothes, kids toys, mens, women's, kid/baby shoes. Formal clothes for the whole family and they also have casual clothing/shoes. They also sell random knickknacks and decor for all seasons. They have a child play area with a big tree that makes all kinds of sounds and the eyes open and close as well as very clean restrooms and a clean unique store 👔👕👖👗👚👢👞👟👠👡They can be a little pricey but they do have sales and clearance items on occasion.

Brought purchase in on Saturday afternoon for alterations. Jenny and Jeff were most helpful. Jenny recognized I was sold the wrong size and while the alterations were done, Jeff handled the the exchange paperwork. It all went very smoothly.

Very nice store and easy to find items to buy. A pianist was playing and singing live in the store while we shopped. It was such a wonderful classy touch.

My favorite store in the state. The customer service is exceptional. They really takethe time to get to know their customers and cultivate relationships. I've known several of the associates since the store opened and they always let me know what is available and on sale. Lets not forget about the fabulous bathroom and free gift wrap/shipping. It's these forgotten customer services that keep me a loyal client.

Von Maur has a bery pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and seem genuinely happy in their work. The store is always clean and inviting. Usually there is a pianist bringing keys to life and setting a gentle mood for shopping. I always go to the sales racks in children's and always find something for my little ones at a great price. They also offer an interest credit card. Great place to shop!

I had never been in one of these stores before but it was one of the most beautiful department stores that I've ever been in. It was open and not cluttered like so many are. There was a gorgeous grand piano & you could hear the lady playing it throughout the entire store which given how talented she was, just made it an even better experience. The employees were are helpful & so friendly, greeting you with a smile even if you were just walking by. You definitely feel appreciated in this store unlike some other stores where you feel almost as if you are an inconvenience to the staff working there. Honestly we went in to just use the elevator to get to the 2nd floor but once we were in we ended up walking around to see the cool selection of items they had within as well as to watch the pianist. Out of my price range to shop there but I would if I could for sure.

Very nice. Upscale. But price is not too bad. Kids section is nice and the play area is good for kids. Wife loves the womens lounge area. The place is very clean unlike some department stores. The service is excellent. Service with a smile. Will always return for multiple visits

Awesome store! Great help finding a dress for my son's wedding! They accepted a return from a year ago. My daughter had a COVID wedding! All her plans came crashing down!

Chastity (see original post below - over 1 yr ago) left Von Maur and my girls and I were very unhappy. Fortunately, I ran into JC. She has been AMAZING helping me and my daughter find clothes for an upcoming wedding in Seattle in a few weeks. HIGHLY recommend reaching out to her if you are overwhelmed and need some guidance finding the perfect outfits! She is wonderful!

I have needed some special outfits the past two weeks and have been THRILLED with the service, personal attention and care we have received from Chastity. She has hustled to help put five perfect outfits together that worked for our needs. I have hesitated visiting the store - was sad when Nordstrom left. My experience here has been fantastic. Also, had some help in shoes (did not get young ladies name sorry!) and with Patty. We will not shop elsewhere now. THRILLED and thankful to have great service available. Seems hard to find these days!

Awesome shopping day!!! When Von Maur marks down they're items they really mark them down 😁 I got like 9 items each like $11 when they had all been over $30 each originally!! And the employees are always sooooo nice and helpful

Shopped there last week for the first time. The Customer service was A1and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my friend find our dresses. love the layout of the store, it wasn't claustrophobic and, I thought I wouldn't find anything in my price range but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely shop there again.

Wonderful young man Jonathan assisted me in the men's department. He gave me excellent customer service offered to box up my purchase. He did a wonderful job with folding the tissue paper and with folding of the shirt as well. Also told me of complementary wrapping that was available upstairs. Very nice young man. Greatmosphere
