I highly recommend Therpydia in Mid City for anyone dealing with back or other pain. My therapist, Natalie, was exceptional in her approach, especially with the use of dry needling, which significantly alleviated my pain and improved my mobility. Natalie’s expertise and the welcoming atmosphere at Therpydia made my recovery journey remarkably positive.

I was unsure what to expect when I was sent to Therapydia. I was sent for pre-surgery therapy for prostate cancer. When I arrived I was put at ease. The therapist was compassionate and knowledgeable. She explained the surgery and the recovery fully. They have a good online program to keep up with your therapy pre and post surgery. And they are always accessible if you need to contact them. If I need therapy for any injury in the future I would absolutley choose Therapydia.

I’m so grateful to Whitney for helping me be physically able to go on my planned trip to Spain which was in jeopardy when I injured myself and was experiencing intense SI joint pain. Through her therapy sessions which included dry needling and the home exercises she recommended, I was able to endure the prolonged sitting on the international flights and walk over 6 miles a day touring all the sights we wanted to see. Whitney’s expertise and care as well as my overall experience at Therapydia Mid City is very much appreciated.

Pleased with the care I received from my therapist. Front desk staff was helpful and frequently would text if there was a cancellation and I could get in sooner. Would recommend!

I was a patient at Therapydia for almost two years. Whitney was my pelvic floor therapist. With kindness, patience and great skill, she taught me so much and helped me reach what initially seemed unattainable goals. I am so grateful and encourage anyone who is considering, but dreading, pelvic floor education to just go for it! You won't be disappointed!

After herniating 3 discs in my neck I did 3 months of Pt at another more traditional therapy setting. Prior to my injury, I was working out regularly and wanted to get back to that place. I began looking for a physical therapist with a fitness or personal training background and After consulting with Jonathan on the phone he said “I think I’m your guy,” and so I booked an appointment and couldn’t be more pleased with my progress. The type of injury I have typically takes 6-12 months to recover, and many people struggle to get back in the gym or to be pain free. Under Jonathan’s care, I’ve increased my load and number of reps steadily, and while I’m not 100% pain free, I am very close to feeling that and have progressed beyond the progress I’d previously made in the gym. Continuing patient, and satisfied with results so far. Couldn’t recommend more. Very nice and professional setting with COVID protocols observed and not too many people packed in.

Dr. Janie is a miracle worker! I began physical therapy thinking that I would not be able to compete in an upcoming marathon due to excessive shin and back pain. After my first few sessions, I felt 100% better and more confident in my running. I'm now back on course to set a new personal record in the marathon

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.”

I limped around on an injured knee (weightlifting/CrossFit stuff) for almost six months before acknowledging that I needed help. I’m a teacher, mom, wife, etc. so the thought of taking additional time out of my schedule to attend Physical Therapy sounded like a lot to take on, but I couldn’t ignore that I was sliding in the wrong direction. The coach/owner at my gym suggested Jonathan Burke at Therapydia. I’m about 6 weeks into PT and very happy with how my therapy is going. My knee pain is slowly dissipating and my mindset is changing. I came in frustrated and sad, but lately I feel patient and hopeful. Focused. There is a process to this healing thing, and it’s clear that Jonathan has guided many people- often athletes- through it. Trust him and this process.

I came in for lower back and neck pain that massage therapy and the chiropractor was unable to relieve. I have been working with Sonia and she is very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to help be notice some of the things that I do on a daily basis and how it may be contributing to my pain. She showed me some exercises and I have finally started to feel relief. She also did “cupping” which I had never heard of but it also assisted in relieving some of the pain I have been experiencing. Overall I would definitely recommend therapydia!

Dr. Burke has given me the confidence I was lacking in my own neck mobility. I was always hesitant in moving my neck in certain directions before starting at Therapydia. Dr. Burke listened to my concerns and developed a tailored exercise regimen to strengthen my neck & my confidence. Highly recommended.

I've played basketball regularly for over twenty years and have trained regularly in CrossFit. After months of living and training in pain I came to see Jonathan hoping to find some relief. Jonathan helped me identify the imbalances in my movements, developed a specific plan to address those weaknesses and treated the pain I was experiencing. In a few short weeks I began to notice the improvement in my strength, flexibility and most importantly became acutely aware of how my body is designed to move and how to address imbalances and weakness before an injury can occur. I highly recommend Jonathan and his practice to anyone looking for help on the road to recovery from injury or just want to understand your own body and improve performance.

Jonathan is an incredible physical therapist. I came in with debilitating knee pain that stopped me from running or squatting and he gave me exercises and the knowledge to address the muscle weakness and imbalances as well as mobility issues. Now I’m back on the pavement running better than ever. Pain free. No matter what new pain I come in with Jonathan is innovate and patient with creating new routines to help me perform and feel better.

Dr. Burke at Therapydia is the best!! He has worked with me through a foot and hip injury to strengthen the muscles at the root of the injury while also helping me modify my workouts to continue to work towards my fitness goals. His knowledge and expertise is second to none.
