Staff is always very pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. When I was there to get my oil changed Ron was the one who helped me. He was great. I am very comfortable doing business with them. I feel they are trustworthy and sincere. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for service! This shop was very helpful with our A/C repair and went above and beyond to assist us. This was our first experience here after having several bad experiences at two other dealer shops. Rob was so professional and friendly too! We’ll be taking all of our vehicles here for service moving forward, I cannot recommend this location enough!

Had a great customer service experience with Ron! He was fair with the pricing, the work was done quickly + correctly by the mechanics, and the team was very friendly & responsive! Both Tony and Engh were both very polite and professional in their approach to myself and my wife. This is the third or fourth time I've been to Meineke with different vehicles and their approach has been as aforementioned. Tony addressed any and all questions we presented and was open to further questions if we had any. The workmanship has been without question. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I dropped in without an appt. to get an oil change. I was told I could wait, it would be about an hour, or I could leave my vehicle there and they would call me when it was ready. I waited and it was ready in about an hour, I was pleased with the cost for an oil change and tire rotation which was about $40 less than what the dealership charges.

Looking for dependable car care. I recommend Meineke. I have been to 2 locations, Chesterfield and St. Peter’s. Oil changes, tire rotation, starter and inspections. I am totally at ease with any work I have done. Fair pricing too.
I suggest you give them a try.

Easy online scheduling., competitive prices, prompt service, no upselling for stuff you don’t need. Tony is an all-around good dude. I love how an old shop like this looks a little rough and smells like any good old mechanic shop should. Don’t change a thing.

Absolutely amazing place to get ur car done. Highly recommend! They did great, they were honest, didn't try to sell me a bunch of nonesense I didn't need, and for a girl walking into a shop by herself that's a big deal. Most places try to rip me off. Not these guys tho. I'll definitely be going back

Service could not have been more friendly and easy to do. You don’t expect that from a huge chain business. Both Patrick in Ofallon and Tony in Wentzville were both very professional, courteous and speedy with their communication. Definitely going back when future repairs are needed.

Very friendly and honest. I had called around to about 20 different to get in same day for an inspection and was told it take a week or more, I finally called this location and they were able to get me in same day and was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast, honest person and company to do business with.

The staff at this location is helpful, honest, and caring. In a past visit, when I was there the staff was helping some people who were passing through and had car troubles. It was nice to see how a little kindness relieved their troubled situation. I will always remember what they did for these travelers and always be a grateful customer here

Tony and his team helped me out greatly! My car was leaking oil after an oil change from a different shop. I was concerned with the amount of oil my car had lost, but they got everything fixed, replaced the oil I lost, and ran degreaser over everything to get my car looking and running like normal! Great service

Darryl is amazing even though my experience with another individual wasn’t the best. Darryl really righted all the wrongs. I appreciate him for hearing me out & also understanding where I was coming from & giving me clarity on my vehicles issues. Customer service is top tier.

I went in for an emissions inspection. They are currently renovating the waiting area, but luckily they inspection was super quick. I think I was there for maybe 20 minutes. Easy in and out. I appreciate the quick work.

Took the vehicle here for inspection close to my work, they were quick and honest what needed to be done. Will continue to use then for future service.
