The staff here are very knowledgeable! Jordan was very helpful with finding what I came for, but also gave me some insight about some of their other products. Ended up purchasing one of those too ...I usually order online, but I will definitely be back!

Nina is absolutely awesome! She is by far the best sales associate that I have worked with at CBD Kratom. If I could give six stars I would. Each staff member is always friendly, helpful, and informative with every product. I also like that they are open throughout the majority of the day. I love this store! Sure it has a variety of wonderful products, but what really makes it amazing are the folks working there. Jordan, Erin, and Maggie are always friendly, smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient! They take their time answering my many questions without rushing, and they are very passionate about the products they recommend. Because of them, I keep on coming back!

I absolutely love this place. Every time I call up Jordan answers the phone and gives the ultimate of customer service. He's just as nice as could be always answers my questions and is so informative. And you can tell he genuinely cares. He has helped so many times because it seems every time I call he always answers the phone and always cheerful. In fact the last time I called he recognized my voice and it meant the world to me. I love the deals that they have and I've gotten quite a few items on sale.

Sales associates work together in harmony to make sure I have the right information every time I go to the store. Maddie was very informative regarding a new product that I was unfamiliar with. Lindsey was new but eager and helpful. It is always a pleasure visiting. I hope all the locations exemplify this kind of stellar costumer service.

When I walked in Alexis greeted me and immediately made me feel like I was at home, she was extremely helpful and polite, probably the most polite person I’ve ever dealt with period. I will definitely be going back as long as Alexis is working. She is very knowledgeable about the product and knows what she’s talking about and doing.

Stopped in on my way through town and had a great experience! The Todd Adams Chocolate bars that Erin recommended were delicious. Great customer service from both Erin and Jordan. This is a great place for your CBD needs and if you have any questions on the products the staff is really knows their stuff.

Ryan and Brittany provided extraordinary service. I explained the issues I was having and they recommended the delta 8 sunset sherbert cartridge. I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase since leaving the store. I will definitely be going back!

This is one of the rare occasions where I actually leave a review for a business. I've seen quite a few different faces around the store, but after my most recent experience with Kenzi, Bennie, Lindsey, and Alek, I just had to finally say something.

Ever since my first day shopping here the staff have always been incredible for informing me ahead of my purchases as well as having awesome conversations. The QA and customer service from these people is always top notch and transparent, which is great in a world where it feels like every other business is trying to deceive you into buying their products. I can tell these employees (as well as the managers!) are dedicated to the store, their customers, and their field.

Honestly I'll probably never stop shopping here just because every experience has been a treat.
