Exceleration Church

Sweet and Cozy church! Very different on the inside than on the outside. The outside looks like a warehouse but the inside is decorated so nice and clean. They offer children’s Bible study during the main sermon which the Pastors wife generally teaches from what I can tell. The Pastor’s sermons are great because they lean more toward study/educational sermons straight from the Bible. The best is the humor that the Pastor adds into his sermons. Worship service is good. There’s a man who has a voice like Kenny Rogers who sings at times which I can appreciate! Though, I think a younger crowd would be drawn more to the upbeat contemporary worship songs rather than the slower traditional type songs that are often played. Also it would be nice to end the sermon with one worship song, too. The church members are very sweet and kind. I definitely think this church is a gem for Belle Chasse. If you find yourself looking for a friendly, informative and cozy church, this one is definitely worth a try! Get there early because they offer complimentary fresh pancakes for everyone. Which I really appreciate for the kids. You will not be disappointed if you try this church!! God bless you and God bless this church!

Love love love my church!! Godly down to earth people gather every Sunday to listen to Pastor Terry and Pastor Sharon share their knowledge of Jesus Christ . They offer small groups as well.
