Went in today for a prescription and the pharmacist was very personable. She offered vaccines that I hadn’t had in years and she had overall great customer service. I can’t remember her name but she was the one in the white coat.

The pharmacists working the window are nice, but the line is ridiculously slow.

Google might say “not too busy”…but the pharmacy is incredibly slow. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in and over 30 minutes to be seen for a shot. I will not use this Walgreens again.

Received a text saying my prescription was DELAYED and this location would have to order. I haven’t heard anything else since and it’s been 2 whole days w/o having meds. I never received any contact from the pharmacy in regards to what I can do. When I called to check on the status, the conversation was very dismissive and I was told “your prescription was put in 2 days ago and we close in 14 mins, try the one on Barateria they’re open for 24 hours. They’ll be able to do it” . Worst customer service ever. 0/10. I could’ve been feeling better 2 days ago had someone contacted me and told me that information!!

Gotta be the world’s slowest pharmacy. You go and it’s like it takes a half hour per individual. Because the staff is in the back talking . Like if there script is not ready . Make them pay move them to the side and move to the next person .

This is the the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable but others are clueless and mean. We filled my infant’s liquid prescription and asked for a syringe to draw up the dose of 0.7ml. The pharmacist gives us a 10ml syringe which doesn’t allow you to properly measure and pull up 0.7ml. Shouldn’t she know this? Isn’t this pharmacy school 101? I know this and I’m not a pharmacist. We asked for the proper syringe and she gave a new one and didn’t close the drop box so we couldn’t move the car to exit the drive thru. We knocked on the window to let her know and she gave us an attitude and closed the Dropbox and didn’t even say sorry. She seems like she hates her job and and maybe should find a knew one since she doesn’t even know what syringe goes with what medication (which has happened another time with a different employee).

I went in the store to get a liquid laxative. I took the item off the shelf, where it showed the price. I went to check out and the clerk said "I can't sell this to you" In a very nasty tone. I told her how much I needed this product because I was hurting. She proceeds to tell me, I can go find something else, but she could not sell me the product, mind you, I have purchased this item before, which is why I chose the store. Then the clerk stated, "you may want to see if there is something on the shelf with flavor". I said "ma'am, this product is grape flavor, what are you talking about?' She said "oh, I still can't sell this to you". At which time, I left the other items and left the store.
The clerk responses were very cold, and nasty; almost to the point of rudeness. She did not call for the store manager or anyone who was able to speak with me.
I will NEVER go to that location again. They are plenty of other stores I can spend my money. And have great customer service. It's not what you say, but how you say it.

In the drug section they are the slowest people that I have ever seen . I have been standing in line for 30 minutes and there is a line of 6 or 7 people behind me

On 1/20/22 store unexpectedly closed early. I was waiting in the pharmacy drive up line for over an hour. No employee addressed the waiting customers and they sinply closed the blind. Tried calling no answer. Drove around to the front and the entire store was closed. I asked to speak to the manager and got no explanation and sinply told, "oh yeah we just put up a sign."

This place has the slowest pharmacy on the West bank.

Been waiting 30 mins behind the same one car in line for the pharmacy. Beyond ridiculous. The only reason I'm here is because my dentist sent prescription I need to the wrong one.

My child that has an open heart surgery the pharmacy took 5 hours to fill his medication this is insane never again to go to this pharmacy
