The pharmacy dept. staff need customer service training. Some of them are rude and service is VERY slow. I recommend you use another pharmacy.

Every time I go in this location the person behind the counter is on their phone or chatting it up with a friend and directs you to the self check out. If you ask any type of question you get an eye roll or short rude interaction.. also, it seems you can never get a person on the phone for the pharmacy. Honestly, I’m disappointed in the way that this country has allowed all customer service employees slack off and it reflects poorly on the company.. It’s sad there is no human compassion or even just common courtesy these days.. Looks like everyone forgot what manners looks like.

The drive through always has at least 5 cars, because the ladies that work behind the counter are more interested in chatting as opposed to working. When you call to ask questions they're rude and snippy. I asked repeatedly that my prescriptions be filled without the childproof tops because I have carple tunnel and fibromyalgia and there is even a note in my chart saying no childproof caps and guess what I keep getting? Child safety caps. I brought this to the attention of the tech I spoke to on the phone and immediately gave me attitude. I got all prescriptions transferred to Walmart. Just don't even bother with CVS in general. They are terrible.

If you want your medicine on time do not come to this pharmacy!
