They are very good with my daughter and do a great job. I was worried I may be late because my daughter had to have her braces removed prior to her cleaning and we would be cutting it close. They said if I called to keep them updated that it would all be fine if I were late.

Always so patient and great with my little ones! The TVs are a nice distraction from what could otherwise be an anxiety-inducing experience for a toddler.

Took my toddler to his first ever dental appointment here. I’m not going to lie, I personally do not like going to the dentist myself, so I was pretty anxious taking my two year old. Dr. Cao and her wonderful staff eased all of my worries while being respectfully informative. The service we received was quick, straight to the point, and excellent. We were pretty much out of there within 45 minutes. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and patient with my son and I. I’m actually 9 months pregnant, so I couldn’t be right next to my son during his x-rays, but I was allowed to stand a few feet away. At that point, I wasn’t worried at all. I knew he was in good hands. Dr. Cao also expressed her professional opinion on her plans with our next appointment while considering the timing of my pregnancy/due date as well. I wish I got the name of the lovely assistant that was with us. She kept in mind of his well being the entire time. This visit has truly made me glad for choosing Smile Bright. They put my little one’s needs first and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way! 🙂 Just be sure to call for availability and also print out new patient forms to fill them out ahead of time. I was recommended to do so on the phone making the appointment, and it saved so much time!

Today was my daughter’s second visit to the dentist, the hygienist was not warm or welcoming from the moment she called my daughter’s name. My 3.5 year old was scared, and nervous to lay back in the chair, the hygienist told me I basically had two choices: hold my daughter down or not get a cleaning. I explained that I have dental anxiety stemming from my treatment as a kid, and I don’t want that for my daughter, I asked for advice on what to do. She told me kids get smart and that if she sees that her crying allows her not to get her teeth cleaned that she’ll learn to do that. So basically telling me to hold her down and get it over with. I reluctantly held my daughter in my lap and restrained her while she screamed and cried while they cleaned her teeth. The hygienist told us loudly that next time my daughter would need to go to the quiet room because she was so loud. After they cleaned her teeth the hygienist walked away and my daughter (very respectfully) played with the animal toys on the desk. When the hygienist returned she scolded my daughter “don’t touch those! Those aren’t for you! You’ll get a toy in your bag!” And then she put them all back, like, they’re toys! It was the one thing that brought my daughter comfort after being afraid. The dentist came to examine her teeth and she got afraid again. The dentist told her “you can’t go to the aquarium (I’d mentioned that was where we were going after) if you sit on the floor like that!” Like don’t scold my daughter! Other than that the dentist was nice, and had my daughter sing her ABCs while she checked her teeth. For those of you who don’t have your own dental anxiety, or kids who aren’t afraid this will sound a little extreme, but we are paying for a service, and I just expected a pediatric dental office to be a little more comforting and understanding of a toddler who is afraid! We will not be back, we will find someone more understanding and compassionate.

Whoever answers the phone or schedules appointments has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. Every time I tried to speak I could not complete a sentence without her cutting me off. I decided to schedule somewhere else. I refuse to set foot in that place if that's the type of person I have to deal with. Do better Smile Bright.

As soon as I entered the door the receptionist was already giving me an attitude. It was too early in the morning for that. Do not recommend. Horrible staff.

My daughter became a new patient here after we moved, we only went twice and on the very first visit they stated she needed fillings. Found it weird her previous dentist office she had been going to for years never found anything and always got a general cleaning and left with balloons and prizes. On our third visit to get more fillings (technically still a new patient) we came in to the front desk, was not spoken to or told what to do! Receptionist told me that my appointment was for 2:00 (was aware of that) and was ONLY 10 minutes late and when asked did they have a grace period she said no and that I would have to wait (all with attitude) very, very rude! As if I didn’t come from work, child from school and a baby on my hip! Things happen!! They made it a big deal with the dentist in the back telling her she had other patients etc. as if we didn’t matter! It was a mess! The dentist and one of her assistants was great! Don’t take on more than you can handle at your practice! No one with bad attitudes should be working with OR around kids!! They didn’t even give me a follow up appointment but no worries won’t be going back anyway I knew that from time I signed it. Also, some more things I can say but whatever! Y’all need better staffing and a grace period everyone one won’t be there ON TIME!!! Won’t be back will be returning to Kids Dental Zone they are the BEST!!!

This place is unbelievable we got recommended here by our normal dentist because they were pediatric Dentists. Anyway my 7 year old child went there to get a cavity filled. Before the procedure they started telling my child that she had 2 teeth that did not come in, and the roots were not present. My daughter started crying about the bad news and they made her and my wife leave because they said her behavior was unacceptable. HELLO! You just broke her heart and told her she was missing teeth!! These people should be doing Dentist work at a prison ,definitely not with children. They have no empathy . Will never return.

The dentist here in this office are GREAT, but their front office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. My children have been going here for years but we will be switching to a new pediatric dentist.
