There was a miscommunication with the customer service department in regards to the delivery of my furniture but Ray, the GM was quick to rectify the issue, apologize and assured me that the issue would be corrected. He even sent a gift, to show appreciation. That is customer service at its absolute BEST.

Update: My furniture was delivered for my Airbnb and put together so nicely, I had to go back and buy a couple other things. The guys who delivered the furniture were super careful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend Orleans furniture for all your furniture needs. I currently have 6 other Airbnb's in other cities and states, and Orleans has been by far the cheapest but best quality furniture that I've purchased thus far.
