Renaissance Pere Marquette Parking

Spend a few days a year here for a work meeting. Nothing but the best. Especially valet. They’re kind, polite, easily accessible and do their jobs with purpose. Great customer service all around.

Cool hotel with great views of new Orleans. Good rooms and good service with pleasant attitudes.
The rooms were clean and the checkin checkout was smooth.

Great few days here in New Orleans. The room is clean and a good size. Wonderful, large, comfortable bed and slept really well. Coffee facilities in the room, along with a safe, iron, TV, and ironing board. There are plenty of power points, too.
Bottled water and soft drinks in the lobby, just help yourself.
Staff are pleasant and polite, and everyone smiles and greets.
Bourbon St and French Market are a 10 min walk with the Garden District 20 min tram ride.
There are plenty of eateries and bars all in walking distance too.
I am happy to have stayed here and have no problems recommending Renaissance Pere Marquette.

Bad stuff first I’m afraid. It’s a dated hotel. But clean and, most importantly, staff are awesome. I want to especially mention, Yvette Porter. So helpful. So interested in doing her job well. Yvette went out of her way to upgrade us despite the hotel being at full capacity because my original room just wasn’t what I expected from a Marriott group. I’m an MVCAP MEMBER and am therefore used to what Marriott offers in Asia. She is a real asset to the Marriott group who understands that what makes the Marriott group what it is, even in a dated hotel, is the customer experience. She took it upon herself to give us the best experience she could influence. Special shout out for Mike too. He is friendly and ever so accommodating. I’m only half way through my stay but felt the need to say this. Location is ideal. Close to canal st. Walking distance to all the fun places during the French Quarter Festival. It’s shaping up to be an awesome weekend!

This place is nice and clean and it smells awesome. Nicole and the rest of the staff were top-notch! We will definitely be back ❤💕

Lovely stay with a nice view from the 16th floor. They are still renovating their suites, so our loyalty upgrade wasn't possible, but they were very attentive.

Best place to park when staying at the Renaissance!

There's no self-parking option at this hotel, so if you don't want valet, you'll have to go to one of the nearby public lots. But I'd recommend leaving your car here.

The price is competitive for hotels in the area. The staff is quick and I've never had any problems/issues. Plus, they'll just bill it to your room, so it's one less thing to worry about.

Had a great time here. The location is cool. The lobby is kind of strange though! The suites were nice! Friendly staff.

Couldn’t reach the front desk calling from the room as no one picks up the phone. Had to call using my cellphone. Internet TV not fully functional and they do not know when it will be. Will not come back.

Expensive and terrible service, it's much cheaper to get an Uber /lyft than mass with parking in the Quarter.

BEWARE! DO not part with Valet at the Rennaisance Hotel in New Orleans! My car was damaged and they won’t do anything! They have young boys driving your car who don’t care about your car and drive like animals. My car was damaged and they’re denying it. I will get my attorney involved and will not stop until my car is fixed!

Their valet parking means that they park your vehicle in an alley with very poor lighting and surrounded by garbage dumps. I was able to walk all the way to my truck and walk around touching it while I was videoing to show where their Valet parking was, it took about 5 minutes before a valet driver came to see what I was doing near the truck"my truck " ,they still charged me almost $120 for 3 days to Valet park practically in garage with the smell, and they told me that they would only charge me $20 for a half of day to park,I tried disputing the charges but they refused to refund my money back to my card. That was the 1st and last time I stayed there and no one that I know will ever stay there again
