Epic Physical Therapy

I have used Epic many times over the last ten years.

I had my choice of several physical therapy companies, but I always choose Epic. The staff is
very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They are also flexible in accommodating unexpected changes in scheduling.
Unless something changes drastically, I will ALWAYS CHOOSE EPIC PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Epic Physical Therapy is an A+ choice for your physical therapy. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. The facility is clean and very well kept. They are really focused on helping you eliminate whatever challenge you are facing and live a better, healthier life.

My son had 5 1/2 months of physical therapy at Epic to treat a stiff neck due to cervical spinal stenosis. The entire staff, from receptionists, PT Techs, to all the Physical Therapists, were incredible. They were experts at their job but more than that, they were kind, loving, thoughtful professionals. My son has Down syndrome so he needed extra attention and encouragement to do his prescribed exercises. He looked forward to his sessions and was eager to please. The love in that therapy room was amazing. He gave everyone a superhero name and they played along so beautifully. The last day, they all dressed as their superhero personas and surprised him. What a beautiful memory for him.

After my second spinal surgery I chose to go to Epic Physical Therapy in Belle Chasse. What a good choice. Starting with my first visit I was made to feel right at home. Scott evaluated me and developed a plan to move me forward. Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. My first visit I came in a walker. I could not stand on my own. By my fourth visit I walked in WITHOUT a walker or cane. I completed my recovery plan and I am completely satisfied with the results and their service. If you want physical therapy done by knowledgeable, smart, compassionate therapists then you should go to Epic Physical Therapy.

I was referred to Lauren Landry by my orthopedist for sciatica. I was hesitant cause it didn't work in the past. She was awesome and gave me relief plus ways to keep it away. Then with her encouragement I had knee replacement. She had me back to normal so fast. Having second knee done in September and will see her again. It's a very friendly family place that you actually miss when your PT is complete. Would totally recommend Epic. The entire staff is awesome.

Thanks to Lauren and her wonderful staff at Epic Physical therapy for making me mobile again. After suffering with severe back pain for some time , Lauren devised a plan. With the guidance of her and the expert staff, I’m now able to function so much better. Thank you for giving me my life back.

Epic has a friendly staff who are trained to get you back on the road to recovery. I would definitely recommend them and would request to go back to them again if the need arises for treatment. First class establishment.

My experience at Epic was great. Whether it is Lauren, Justin, Autumn or the entire staff, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel welcome and you can tell they care about their work and helping patients on their physical recovery. The facility is always clean and presentable. When you have to change your appointments they are understandable and flexible in working to your needs.

After my hip replacement I was referred to Epic Physical Therapy in Belle Chasse for rehab. The staff there is very knowledgeable and caring. They all took an interest in my progress & I watched them all with their other patients & they do remarkable work.
The Physical Therapist responsible for my program, Meagan Williams, was so good at assessing my needs & picking the right exercises & stretches for me that I progressed quickly in my recovery. She & her PT Aid, Dominique, worked with me to ensure that I was doing the exercises correctly & encouraged me throughout the process. They were very attentive to all of my needs.
My friends and family were amazed at my progress, especially people who had also had joint replacement surgery. At my post op visits my surgeon was very impressed by how quickly I was progressing. I told him it was due to my Physical Therapy Team & that I wanted them to come to my check up with me to take a bow.

This place is awesome! My PT Elise and her assistant PT Lauren are so great! Elise is so knowledgeable and is super friendly and is great to work with. The people at the reception are also super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable knowing that my concerns and input were important for my therapy to be successful and that my comments were being heard and taken into consideration I have had several different personnel work with me and each one was aware of what I needed which shows good communication between the staff

Epic has been very helpful with my mom's knee surgery recovery. From the front desk to the physical therapists, they have been very nice & patient and helping her push forward. Thank you!!

The hold staff from the first time you walk into the door everyone one is so friendly and helpful.
And I can’t say how helpful my therapist we’re and how much they work with you so you can get back to your family and friends and a normal life again. I recommend them highly.

From the first day I arrived at EPIC they went over problem with my lower back . PTs were very professional and pleasant to work with. When I finished my treatments I felt 100 present better .

Great, kind, caring professional physical therapist that really listen to the patient, work closely with them & genuinely treat each person individually adjusting treatment if necessary & work till healing is on its way to completion. I'd refer EPIC to anyone who needs great support, help & therapy!

Scott and his team are the best. Comes up with a plan for you based on your needs. I have been to Scott numerous times due to injuries and surgeries but he has been able to provide me with the treatment that gets me back to doing the activities that I enjoy participating in. Wouldn't consider going to anyone else.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Nice people & great results with the Rehabilitation on my neck. I would highly recommend Epic Rehab in Belle Chasse to anyone.
