I have the best doctor and care team available to man.!!! Dr Jack Rodi and his team have the best bedside manners❤ and are attentive to my every medical need. All of my questions, concerns and needs are discussed and I leave feeling knowledgeable and positive about visiting the doctor about my health and wellness. Even when the scale doesn’t tip in my favor, I’m encouraged to look at the positives. My medications and allergies are always reviewed and updated to ensure accuracy. Dr Rodi had the ability to explain my medical issues using simple narratives that are easy to understand. I feel empowered when leaving and that is so important. When my progress isn’t as rapid as I’d like, I feel hopeful. I thank God for Dr Rodi and my care team at Ochsner Belle Chasse. They are the best❤❤❤

The Belle Chasse Ochsner Clinic is phenomenal. The staff are kind and get you in quick, I have never had a long wait.
I have been seen by 3 doctors here and all are fantastic.
Doctor Shari Rodgers is my PCP and she is the best doctor I have ever had, very on point, attentive and kind.
I know she cares about my health and understands the battle we all face staying healthy. She has been a strong ally in my battle to maintain my health.

Dr. Jones is a compassionate, bubbly and personable professional. I feel safe and confident with her abilities as a health care provider. She makes me feel like we have been friends for years. Glad that she is my primary care doctor and that the office is right by my house. Her nurses and assistants are pleasant as well.

Dr. Rodi is the most amazing physician ever! His staff is first class and they all truly care. I consider them family. They care about my well being. I have never experienced health care at this level. Simply amazing. True Excellence!

I love this doctor’s office. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Rodi is very caring and he treats you like family. I highly recommend if you want a praying caring health care team!!! The best hands down!!!

Dr Rodi was very personable and easy to speak with. He took the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed or inconsequential.

Likewise, the support staff at the office were also friendly and pleasant to speak with. In all, I'm extremely satisfied with Dr Rodi and the staff at Belle Chasse.

So it was 2 year old first time here in the midst of this whole pandemic and I must say Dr Roddy was excellent. He made my son feel some comfortable and happy that he wasn't even scared that it was a doctor visit. Instead of the normal routine he did a little game with him to assess all what he needed to so when it came time for the immunization my son didn't cry all at. The biggest plus was he listened to my concerns and communicated effectively I like that the most. So kudos to your staff!

From beginning to end of my visit I received excellent service and care. The receptionist was pleasant and made me feel welcome. The medical assistant was kind and articulate. Both Dr. Jones and her student were thorough and answered all my questions. The phlebotomist was gentle and efficient. I was also happy that I did not have a long wait to see the doctor nor the phlebotomist. I am very pleased with Ochsner Health Center - Belle Chasse.

I saw Dr Rogers for the first time and she was amazing. Everyone - check in, nurse, and the doctor - was friendly, professional, and prompt. I felt listened to and appreciated the thoroughness of the appointment.

I called that morning to ask if I needed an earlier appointment. The on call nurse I spoke with was very explanatory and informative regarding my high blood pressure I recently experienced. My nurse working with Dr. Jones followed the with the same experience just mentioned. Dr. Jones is as amazing as her staff at the Belle Chasse clinic! She makes my entire family (that are also her patients) feel loved, heard and well taken care of under her care. We wouldn't change PCP's or that location unless she retired.

Had a virtual visit with NP Lindsey and it went great. Although we weren't in-person, she still showed a great level of care for me and my concerns. Would definitely be willing to see her again virtually or in-person!

My wait wasn’t long before being callled into the office. The nurse outside was very nice and check my temperature before going into the faculty. The front desk very kind and polite. The wait room also the room is was called in very clean and everything was followed to COVID guideline standards. JoAnn my nurse very quit on getting me out the waiting room she was also super attentive and kind. Sarah my nurse practitioner came in was great and helpful. DR. RODI seen me after and was very educational about the issue, how they are going to help and how to proceed to take care of myself after. Overall this is one of the best Ochsner Health Care Center you can come too! They have a very clean office, low waiting time, everyone in staff was very polite and professional. COVID guidelines followed. Doctor Rodi is one the best doctors I have seen he listens, educates you and helps plan way to take care of your issue. Very grateful to everyone. Thank you !

Ochsner Belle Chasse Clinic- Dr.Jake Rodi always provides exceptional care. He listens and provides you with his medically expert advice. His bed side manners is what sets him apart. He genuinely cares about what issues you have going on. He is the only reason I chose Ochsner for all of my medical needs. Not just for myself,but for my family.

Dr Rodi and his nurse Janet (think that her name) are a excellent team. They are very kind and caring. Dr Rodi will go out of his way to help you. Takes the time to explain what is going on. Would not see any other doctor.

The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. This was my first visit to this location, but I did see my regular P.A. Amy Dado, and she is always attentive and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait more than 3-5 minutes to see Amy, and the subsequent bloodwork took no more than 2 minutes.

The staff, nurses and doctors are very welcoming, caring and professional. I live in Algiers but drive here because I love the treatment I get. Dr. Rodi listens to you and gets to know you and not just your symptoms.

Dr. Nadja Jones, MD is by far THE BEST internal medicine care provider I have ever had. No question is a dumb question. She wouldn't rush and skip corners on your care. She is thorough in explaining everything regarding your care. There maybe a little bit of a wait especially if your running behind like I was BUT believe me it will be worth every second you wait. As her care is unmatched!!! The office staff is welcoming and extremely professional. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Dr. Nadja Jones and her assistant as well as her student doctor!! It was a pleasure meeting you ladies.

Dr. Rodi is a kind and caring physician. Not many doctors today Take the time to really listen to their patients. When my mother passed away. He sat with me just talking and listening. He treats the body but also treats the soul. He is a wonderfully man. I would follow him if he ever left Oschner.

I was so impressed with this facility, the staff and the doctor. The facility was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. My wait time was literally LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. Dr Dorton isn’t my normal doctor but I’m convinced faith led me to him. He addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and reassured me that everything will be ok. If if could give 10 stars I would.

First time patient and a great experience. Easy to maneuver , waiting room is your car. You receive a call when they are ready for you. Doctor came in almost right away. She was informative. The whole experience was a 5 ⭐.
