Urban Breath Yoga

UB is a yoga studio for everyone. Love that there are so many different classes to match my energy nice to have relaxing ~~> yin & restorative options to more challenging vinyass & power classes. Easy accessibility and bonus yummy cafe next door too!! 🫶

I have taken Bryna’s Gentle Yoga and highly recommend that class to EVERYONE! She creates an atmosphere that encourages healing, release and learning. I felt like I floated out of her class. She is PHENOMENAL!

Urban Breath has been my shining light during this COVID pandemic. Their ability to quickly adjust to virtual classes and keep me going with my practice is exactly what I needed during these difficult times. The instructors are so easy to follow along that I can absorb myself into the practice as if I’m in the room. Thank you UB so much for everything you are doing! I appreciate it so much. I can’t wait to be back in the studio with you all again some day. For review purposes, I’ll point out how much i love the cork flooring and how big the rooms are to allow plenty of space between mats. Also the Mind Body app makes sign up a breeze.

Both locations are great. I've been in a several studios in the past and this is my favourite. Instructors are amazing, prices and promotions are awesome. It doesn't matter if you have never done yoga in the past, they have different levels and different styles. Highly recomended

Very cute studio. Great instructors. I love coming here to strengthen my practice. I try to come as often as I can manage. I've found a class that I really enjoy. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to come learn more and grow in the practice.

The restorative yoga class with Melanie was one of the best yoga classes I've ever been to anywhere. I felt so good afterwards!

I live in Maplewood and knew we had a few yoga studios around. I downloaded the MINDBODY app and saw that Urban Breath Yoga offered a $30 for 30 days new student discount. I went ahead and purchased the offer through the app and navigated my way to scheduling my first class. It was so easy to view the class schedule and book my spot. I ended up attending 15 classes which I was happy with. The classes range from beginner to advance and they also have a free Yoga 101 workshop that anyone can join. It goes over the basics of yoga and serval basic poses. They do offer a membership (which I signed up for after my trial) and I received a discount since I attended 15 classes during my trial. Sweet! The instructors I had were all great and very encouraging. They explained the poses and made modifications for them if you were having trouble positioning yourself. I throughly enjoy coming to Urban Breath!

Urban breath has become like a home to me. The studio has a warm, welcoming environment for new students and experienced students, alike. It's wonderful to walk in, settle down for a class and walk out feeling rejuvenated and centered. Thanks UB!

This is one of the most professional studios to work with! As a student, I am served so well by the teachers. I highly recommend the studio and encourage you to try the variety of classes!
