Best cheesecake ever!
Nice food. Not crowded during brunch. Brown bread that they served at beginning are delicious. Outside sitting opens after 12pm.
Shopping centre Parking available outdoors.

The Cheesecake Factory is a great treat. Exceptional cheese cake in a variety of choices. I ordered the low sugar option with strawberries. So many choices including a 30th Anniversary option. A beautiful setting for the best cheese cake ever.

First of all, I just would love to shout out our waiter Derek who was such a pleasure to have serve us. He was very lighthearted and made our night with good service and good jokes. So, thank you Derek! As for the food, I ordered the Fried Mac and Cheese Balls which tasted better than they look. They were hot and super cheesy. Would definitely order this appetizer again. For my entrée, I shared the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic. I have actually been eating at this restaurant for years and their portion sizes seem to have changed. Definitely more manageable for one person to finish a whole plate! Finally, I shared the Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake, and it was surprisingly soft. Had loads of banana on the sides of the plate, so that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, most of the dessert items are cross-contaminated with treenuts, so people with nut allergies do not have a great choice in post-dinner sweets. Overall, this Cheesecake Factory will always be one of my favorites!

To Die For! The food is amazing! I love this place. Popped in for a bite on our trip to Raleighwood. Never disappoints!

We go to this location a few times a year. Food is always remarkable! Service is always questionable!! Always! We normally have to wait for our bill, for our desert and for our food for a ridiculously long time, even when they aren’t crowded. We love it and will continue to go back just wish the staff was a little better.

I walked in and decided to sit at the bar to avoid the wait. The bartender kindly and immediately took my order and also provided me an extra cloth napkin to serve as a placemat. I ordered the cucumber lemonade (always tasty), the crab dip, and the jambalaya pasta with chicken and shrimp. My food was hot, looked great, and tasted just as delicious. I ordered 2 slices of cheesecake to-go, and was on my way soon after I asked for my check. Great experience. Thank you

My finance and I went here recently on a date night and it was wonderful. We were quickly seated and immediately were greeted by our waitress. The food was excellent. We had ordered the poke nachos which were a little out of my comfort zone, but they were definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend trying them out. We both got pasta dishes for our main courses which were both excellent. Of course we also got a slice of cheesecake. We took it to go and enjoyed it later that night when we got home. Would definitely recommend coming here for a nice date night with your significant other

It was both of our first time dining in. Our server Mike was AWESOME! The appetizers were good. The drinks were 💣💣💣 AND TOP SHELF! The ambiance is DEFINITELY romantic. Our entrees were fair I had the shrimp & Diana steak and he had the chicken & shrimp jambalaya pasta . The flavors just weren’t there, they were extremely heavy on the sauces, both entrees were bland, and overloading the sauces took away from the meats. BUT THE CHEESECAKE Baybae!!!!!!! I had the strawberry shortcake and he had the turtle and Carmel and we’d DRIVE BACK JUST for the cheesecake, drinks, and appetizers ALONE!!! Overall we were pleased with our visit.

Decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory at Crabtree with hubby one evening (early dinner, 5:30pm) and it was really good! We didn’t have to wait too for a table for two which was nice but these tables were small, near the bar, which was a bit loud but it got better because others were leaving. Food was great, fresh, and our waitress was awesome:) Not sure if it was because we hadn’t been here (different location) in a long time but was pleasantly surprised and may return:)

Excellent menu, the meal was so good I did not leave room for cheesecake! I am definitely going back soon for coffee and cheesecake! The staff is very kind and helpful! Great experience!

We walked in at the perfect time to sit ourselves 😂🤣 the energy seemed great up until we met our waitress Kendra who was very unfriendly and bored to speak with. But we wasn’t going to let her vibe drain our experience. After witnessing how she touched our straws unwrapped bothered me so I went to the bartender and asked for a remake on drinks and wrapped straws. I can tell when she came back to the table she was bothered. I was very tempted to ask for another waitress but gladly Erika, showed up and our experience got brighter. We had Orange chicken w/white rice 🍚 Spaghetti 🍝 w/meatballs. Food was good, we was too full to order cheesecake but we will next time.

The food was very good, as usual at the cheesecake factory, the quality is consistent and the good tasty, the garlic aioli that is used on the chicken avacado club is very good with almost a smoky flavor. The blue cheese dressing on my salad was freshly made and the greens were crisp. The server was prompt and quick in their actions but not dress, I have noticed cheesecake has relaxed it's high standards on uniforms and professionalism of staff. The interior, is starting to feel a little dated as the concept hasn't really changed in the last 20 years, and little things like cracks in the seats and worn edges on wood work aren't maintained like new. Still a value with more options than anywhere else.

Went today with my girlfriend who's never been here for some reason....we had a fabulous lunch and great service. She enjoyed the food and the menu is always huge and hard to decide but I recommended the lettuce wraps to share as they are always so good she was happy and they are large so we shared a salad too as we are trying to eat healthy so our only splurge was bread as it's so good here.❤ No cheesecake for us as we are off sugar but I do enjoy desserts here especially lemon raspberry that is my go to but we did good and got none!!!🤣💪

Always a great time at the Cheesecake Factory. Truffle Honey chicken is always a fav. My kids love the pasta and the salads are great too.

When did the Cheesecake Factory get so good? Maybe it's the location, but I have never had service and food this good at a Cheese Cake Factory. I came here for a work lunch. I ordered the Herb Crusted Salmon. Oh my, it was so good. Most places over cook salmon, but this was perfect. The server was fast and very attentive. I will definitely be back at this Glenwood location.

We showed up for opening at about 11:00am. We were seated quickly and Christina, our server, was very good! I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad from the “skinnylicous” menu and my wife ordered the steak tacos. Both were delicious and the bread before dinner was fresh and hot! We both had water with lunch and our bill was about $50 including the tip. I would recommend Cheesecake Factory for sure. We had a good experience here. I love the fact that they have the calories for each dish listed as I know a lot of the items are well over 1500 calories!!

I haven’t been here in ages. This was my children first time. Oh the menu, so much to choose from. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. We all enjoyed our food but one child who felt her chicken sandwich was a little on the dry side. The lemon drop was delicious. The person who clean the tables don’t take the time to make sure the seats are clean. But overall this was an enjoyable trip.

Great celebratory dinner. The waiter was outstanding wish I got his name. I'll double check the receipt and update. I ordered the pot stickers and they disappeared immediately that's how good they were. I should have doubled the order. Shrimp scampi was delicious. The shrimp was seasoned well and the pasta texture was perfect. My daughter enjoyed her shrimp fettuccine pasta as well. My husband enjoyed the parmesan chicken with mashed potatoes and macaroni cheese. Had to get desert to go. My raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was delicious and creamy. Definitely will return.

Met friends there for a birthday luncheon. Weekday lunch I was expecting it to be crowded. We were promptly seated. We were greeted by our server, who created a relaxed atmosphere. We received our drinks in a timely manner and refills were given without asking. Our order took a little while to come out,but the food was fresh, hot, appealing and delicious. Also bread was brought for us to munch on prior to meal delivery. The brown bread was very soft. The white bread was crusty and not for everyone, but I and another person in the party enjoyed it. The lunch special of Flatbread pizza and salad was more than enough. The salad was huge. The greens were vibrant and coated in the proper amount of dressing. The flatbread was very tasty and not greasy. I had the klamata olives added to mine and that was an excellent addition The lettuce wrap tacos were easy to maneuver and the sauces were a perfect addition. One person in our party got the salmon. It was flaky and cooked appropriately. Of course everyone had dessert. My cheesecake was the basque. It was light and fresh. The berries had a tartness that was the perfect compliment.
