Always a great 👍🏾 experience here. I've been coming here for 4 years. A few staff turnovers, on the contrary, Austin and Fathe are great. Always provide service excellence, professional and knowledgeable.

Love this location and how friendly and welcoming it is. I wish I could give 10 stars for Angela, who always warmly greets me and is very helpful and efficient. There are other UPS Stores close by, but this one is by far the best! Thanks for providing the best customer service!!!!

I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Brad. He is amazing!!! He was very patient, helpful and very resourceful. His customer service is definitely a 10!

Great experience, because of Becca who has excellent customer service! Becca explained everything in an easy to understand way and even helped with the scanner when I had trouble. I am so glad that Becca was there to help me through the multi-step process.

This is the most friendly UPS store I’ve ever been at. Every time I go they are courteous and helpful. They deserve a five star rating I could easily go to another UPS site, but I am very happy when I go to this location, so why should I change ? A big high five to all the employees :)

Both Donna and Austin at the Carrboro UPS, were patient with me when I had a lot of scanning to do. They gave me their time & compassion to submit documents to report my identity theft.
It is folks like this that give me some hope again in the goodness of people.

The customer service is awesome at this establishment. The workers are very polite and respectful. They are quick and efficient with their task. Austin always makes me laugh and know exactly what I need when I arrive. He is very considerate and polite. Donna is a very quick worker and gets her job.
I always like coming here, they are my favorite 😍.

This location is my go-to for Amazon returns. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Angela always greets me with a smile and is patient with me and my numerous returns.

Came by twice in one week to return a few things. One from Amazon, the other an AT&T router. Was literally in and out in under 3 min. Was greeted promptly, had questions answered and was an overall great experience. Highly recommend this location. Cathy was super helpful both times.

I rushed in at the last minute for an important paperwork. MALIK was extremely helpful and professional! We were late, but he was not in any hurry. He helped us and was very patient throughout. I must say he deserves an appreciation and a raise by the team for his outstanding customer service!! People like him makes the UPS brand name a whole lot better!!

I went here pretty late on November 7th (around 6:30) and Becca was SO helpful. She was so kind, quick, attentive, and understanding. I was having difficulties with my label acquisition and printing and she was so patient with me to ensure the best possible experience. She was so knowledgeable and guided me through every step and carefully reviewed all of my options. I was in the store for a half hour and she was the same way with other customers - thoughtful and diligent with a big smile across her face the entire time! This was the best customer service I have had anywhere in a very long time - please give Becca a raise she deserves it so much!!!!

I have used over a dozen different UPS stores around North Carolina for color printing, and this one routinely provides the best and most reliable service. They have done a great job of hiring thoughtful and detail-oriented employees who really care about quality and customer service. Malik in particular is the best, most helpful UPS store employee that I have ever dealt with.
