The staff here are always so polite, friendly, funny and fun to talk with and super helpful and keep it professional. There's a good selection of snacks, drinks and candy and several pumps so you usually don't have to wait to get gas.

I met this most caring and responsible staff, Mr. Morcire in the store. His hospitality skill is one of the best in Carrboro/Chapel Hill. This store opens til 2AM ? Instead of 24Hours. However, it’s still nice to have a gas station open this late in a town. There are police cars come or park there and feel safe to stop at this store.

The place was super clean (even bathrooms!), well stocked, and the person at the register was friendly. For me it was a good experience.

All of the employees are kind and friendly. Their gas is inexpensive. It is in a great location. I have nothing negative to say. I go there frequently.

I moves here from Florida and could not find coffee that was worth it. Until I tried here. Perfect.

Love the staff everytime I go in

I do not consider myself a convenience store connoisseur. A gas station is baseline bare essential and we as a society have decided that we will also accept baseline comforts with such. Nothing more, sometimes less. It is there out of convenience, after all, not luxury.

Handy, Hugo is; this is based purely out of a location standpoint to my home. I like that the are open 24 hours. This is, perhaps, the land of opportunity functioning at it’s finest — if I want a pack of smokes and some gummy worms at 3 am, I can have it. Argumentively, this is a luxury, but one we as Americans have come to feel entitled to.

They have gas pumps. They work.

The service is not stellar, but our expectation of good service is absurd to begin with.

Reviews are stupid. Rating places is stupid. You need gas or chips? Try this, and form your own opinion. Likely you won’t have much of one.

Quick stop for coffee. Employees a little on the rude side, but I don't guess they're there for a personality contest. But you would think dealing with the public they'd be a little friendly. Other than that...all good.

This is for the location at Carrboro, went there 2 nights ago at 09:00 pm. The woman there was awful I was there at the counter and she acted like I wasn’t there. She was ready to leave and when I asked for help (exchanging a lottery ticket) she told me “I can’t help you with that” just because she was getting ready to leave. A white woman with a long face that I’m pretty sure was getting paid for attending customers.

Store allegedly opens at 5am. I arrived at 4:58 am, and stood at the door until 5:10am, while the same rude clerk that's been working there for probably 20 years pretended to be wiping counters and ignored myself, the sheriff and the two other civilians waiting for service b4 work once I got inside I said goodmorning because of course the clerk failed to greet me and relieved no response. Now appalled at the egregious lack of customer service I asked his name which he refused. He then ordered me to hurry up and buy something because he was not finished wiping the counters yet. If you are looking to feel welcomed avoid this store. If you're expecting customer service you will not find it here

It would be great if they actually WERE open 24 hrs instead of the employees locking the doors and telling everyone that their closed. If that's a covid change they should at least post a sign, but I can't see why employees would be in the store all night if it was closed.
