Willow Glen

I submitted a service request & the next day a maintenance provider showed up & fixed my minor issues in about 15 minutes. The problems were fixed & he was polite, respectful, & efficient with solving the issues. Thanks for helping out & doing such a good job fixing the problems!

I have lived here for 3 months now. Have needed some minor repairs or problems.
I am so pleased. I put in a service request and one of the guys are here the same day or the following day in all cases! They are pleasant and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office are lovely and make everything so easy. I couldn't be happier living here!

Jalessa gave such a great tour of the apartment and complex for me. She was very friendly, took her time, and did not make me feel rushed at all. It was a very comfortable welcome to the community.

Very professional. Very polite. Very helpful. The grounds are very nicely kept. My only issue is there is one dumpster for the whole place. But I can live with that. Very nice dog park. And so far everyone is very nice. We love it so far.

I have lived here for a bit now and I have been nothing but pleased with my stay here. Two of my best friends lived here prior to me moving in, and they had a great experience as well. The quiet nature, the safety of the community, and the amenities are wonderful!

I’d like to really point out how accommodating the staff has been to me and my family. With the help of Jalessa, Jennifer, and Michelle, my family is able to live comfortably in our little community. I can’t say enough about their willingness to support and find solutions. I would 100% recommend Willow Glen!

Chauncey is such a great technician! Such fast and prompt service meant a lot to me! His work on my plumbing and kitchen was very impressive! I am so pleased with his workmanship and professionalism.

Jalisa who works in the office here at willow glen riverwoods drive has been such a huge help and such a key player in this community. I have lived here on and off for about six years and she has always done her best to accommodate me and my family. I am truly thankful for Jalisa and all she has done.

the response to my concern about a possible water leak in my bathroom ceiling was quick. Jennifer worked with me about my schedule so that I could be there when they came by. Chauncy examined the area, and tracked the problem, and had it solved within hours. Luckily it was a minor issue, found and corrected before it became a diaster. Thank you both!

My experience moving to Willow Glen has been wonderful, all my things arrived in perfect condition, the 3-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is incredible, and the attention they gave me was excellent, without a doubt it is one of the best places to live in Wilmington.

Chancy fixed my batteries in smoke alarms. He check my heat, ac, and water heater. He took care of everything. Excellent service.

They were on time and were guick to diagnose my problem and make the proper repairs in a professional manner. Jennifer and Jallessa are always very welcoming and happy to assist. I have lived here for more than 10 years and was easily able to get any needed repairs or replaces when fit.

We are coming near the end of a three year stay at willow glen apartments and it has overall been a pretty great place to live thanks to the staff and maintenance who have always truly been kind and professional. We’ve made heavy use of the pool and gym. It’s a great quiet community as well. Thanks for a great stay for my family and I!

Our recent service was excellent and the service is outstanding. it was prompt and done very good, Service we get here cannot be matched anywhere else in the area ,

Toilet was clogged and it didn't take him long to get to my apartment. Adam did excellent an job. Very efficient!!!!!!

Had a minor dishwasher issue and it was fixed within two hours of opening the maintenance request. They service team rocks!

Great maintenance service all the time. The staff is very professional, always on time, polite and friendly. I had issues with my kitchen sink recently which were resolved promptly. A maintenance - repair technician did a great job with the repair and was very efficient . He cleaned up the area he was working in and explained exactly what he did. I am very happy with the quality work he did.

Staff were very professional, and personable. Answered any questions I had any completed work in a timely matter.

Willow Glen is fantastic! In my 1.5 years being there I’ve had little to no issues. It’s miles from the beach and close to downtown. Maintance is quick to respond and fix any issues. They care about the appearance of the property and make sure it’s always in nice condition. The office staff is friendly and helpful whenever interacting with them. If I ever move back to Wilmington and need an apartment, I would definitely return to Willow Glen!

Honestly such a good little apartment complex! It’s a little hidden gem tucked away from any major direct traffic with friendly staff and an amazing maintenance crew. I have lived here for about a year and half and while rent is slowly increasing the neighbors are friendly and overall a good community
