Carolina United Roofing did an amazing job repairing and installing our new roof after a tree put a hole in it after a storm. Jody was so easy to work with and he handled everything for us. He met with our insurance adjuster and made time to meet with me based on my schedule. I had complete confidence in him and his workers, who were here bright and early on the day of installation. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Jody and his crew. We had a lot of difficulty with getting our insurance company to pay for replacement. Jody walked us through the entire process. Matt Norvell assisted us in getting our roof replaced. He was professional and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He made sure we knew what the process looked like and what the next steps were at any moment. The install took about 6 hours and was incredibly painless. I’m a realtor so I’ve worked with more than a few contractors and vendors before and Matt by far has been the best! I’d give 10 stars if I could! I can’t recommend him enough!

He's reliable, professional, friendly, and the quality of their work is excellent! This is how a company should be run. Such a wonderful experience getting a new roof and skylight with Carolina United Roofing! I obtained quotes and had interactions with several other companies in the Triangle area, and Carolina United Roofing definitely out performed the others in terms of price, quality, and personal interactions. Travis and Jody talked me through the entire multi-step process of working with my insurance company, were always available to answer my questions in a detailed and transparent way, and worked around my schedule.

The roofing team was on time, worked diligently in hot weather, were extremely polite to me, and except for my new beautiful roof, it was hard to tell they had even been there because my yard was so clean! They completed it all from tear-down to replacement in one day, with Jody and Travis checking in on the process the entire time. Additionally, Jody came back out to prime and paint the ceiling area where my skylight was installed - at no extra charge.

Matt and team did an amazing job replacing our entire roof after a tree limb and hail damaged it. They handled much of the insurance work and their team were extremely professional and did extremely high quality work. They even fixed/replaced some of our flashing with much better and longer lasting flashing that was significantly better installed than the previous stuff. I'll be recommending Matt and Carolina United to anyone who needs roofing work done.

Had a great experience with these guys, I dealt with Matt and he did a great job communicating and walking us through the process for a claim repair. I Definitely recommend these guys for anything roof related. The roof came out great!

It was great working with Jody to coordinate the roof replacement and Alberto's crew were friendly, hard working, and efficient in their work. They stayed until 10pm to complete the job in one day. It looks great and Jody came back out to inspect the roof and pick up anything left behind from the job. I would highly recommend Carolina United Roofing.
