Been going to them for 3 years now and have had no issues. Everyone there is very friendly and honest. I've been recommending them to all my friends and family!

They were excellent! Mom of 5 on my own, new to the area and had trouble with my brakes. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable and they helped me as a walk in with same day turn around! They worked with me and were fair with pricing, this will definitely be the place I return to when I need help in the future.

Best place in Wilmington for car repair. I dealt w/ David. He is professional and kind. I just love dealing with Pat's Auto. This is my second repair there and both times have been a great experience!

Pat's has an amazing crew! One of their review papers asks "How would you describe us to your friends?" - to answer with all honesty, I would describe all of the staff at Pat's as family. They treat you like family through and through. I have come multiple times for multiple issues with my 2 vehicles and I have left exceedingly satisfied every time. They are never to busy for you and they give you complete honesty. As a female out in the world, sometimes being ill knowledgable about cars can be frustrating, not knowing if you are getting taken advantage of. But, in my experience, Pat's has never been anything but helpful, kind, and trustworthy. Came here for an inspection and they had it done extremely fast! Customer service is top notch. Very friendly, affordable and knowledgeable. Will return for any services needed for my vehicle.

Had a great experience at Pat's Tires when I needed to get my brake pads replaced. I had procrastinated on getting this done and all 4 pads and rotors had to be done, but Pat's got me in quickly and at a reasonable price. Customer service was great too! And I enjoyed watching the three shop kitties while waiting for my ride to pick me up.

Been taking our cars to another place which has a name that is opposite of white. Service went downhill and needed a few things done to my 2016 Mustang. Pats is just around the corner so took it in this past Monday. Lot was full. Was met by very courteous and friendly staff. I needed a/c checked, blower motor making noise, windshield fluid not functioning, oil change and state inspection. Figured the car would be gone a few days. Was called the next day and all done. Vent was stuck, Freon needed topped off, and the windshield fluid lines just needed blown out. Another place woulda tried to sell me on motors and whatever. Not here at Pats. I brought my truck in for a check engine light I been going here for some time now and to no surprise I am very happy with them I talked to Dave and in detail he told me to bring my truck to ford because my converter which was bad and would of cost me 2500 was under warranty with Ford they took the time and energy to save me so much money and this was not the first time they saved me money.Thankyou!! You guys rock!!

I will never take my car anywhere else…Dwight, Dave and the entire staff treat me like a pal, not a customer. And the work and how they take care of my car, I couldn’t ask for better!

Shout out to Jon for being awesome and efficient. We had to come in unexpectedly and they made it easy to get through the process. The manager was super helpful and friendly. The front desk person (who was new) couldn't have been more kind. I will definitely use their services again. They are fairly priced and are honest.

I've been going to Pat's for years and I won't take my car anywhere else! They do a great job with regular maintenance and troubleshooting when I have an unexpected issue. They are always kind and helpful. Thank you to the whole Pat's team!

Big shout out to Pat's Auto Service Center. Came down from Virginia with my 2 daughters and grandson to kite festival and had very low pressure in 1 of my tires. Took my car there. They fixed the tire within 30 minutes. Very reasonable charge for the service. Thanks again for such a great job and very nice and polite employees. Sandra from Virginia

Had car inspected. Oil Change,new windshield wipers, checked brake pads and told me they were fine. Many shops would just change them. Pat's is my GO to shop. They are extremely honest. David is one fine person and the team is also great.

Had my air conditioner service there and they did a great job. On my way home my car has issues, They picked the car up fixed the issues and didn't even charge me.

Went here to get a tire plugged. These guys are awesome. Fast friendly service. I would recommend not going until nine. Even though the business hours say they open at 8 the technicians do not come in until 9.

We can’t thank Pat’s Auto enough for helping us out when we needed it most! Our car broke down in CB (459 miles from home).. Thanks to our friends at Golden Sands Hotel for helping us get our car to Pat’s where they went above and beyond to fix our vehicle. Customer service was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. Not only was the staff friendly and kind, they got us back on the road. Pat’s Auto knows what they are doing. They salvaged our much needed vacation…. Words cannot express how grateful we are!

I rarely write reviews however, this business deserves 5-stars. I travel the country with a vehicle in tow that has a slow leak in a tire. Two tire shops in two different states were unable to detect the leak, they were more interested in selling a set of tires. I arrive at Pat's without an appointment, $24 and 30-minutes later I'm driving away with the nail in my hand they removed from my tire. Great service, thank you!
