The pharmacist Taylor is the most helpful pharmacist I’ve ever met. Certain medications have had issues with stock/back orders for months and months everywhere and I always try to figure out what my other options are because many options are on back order and if I don’t know what my options are, it’s just a never ending cycle of submitting a new prescription, being told it’s out of stock, submitting a different one, it’s out of stock, etc. It ends up just being a lot of confusion for me, my doctor, the pharmacists, etc. Taylor reaches out and just talks through it and with a 5 minute phone call, she gives me my options and everything’s figured out. Every pharmacy needs a Taylor. Team Taylor the whole way.

This CVS branch is by far one of the best that I have ever been to. I have been going there for years and using them to print my photos. Regina and her staff always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. She was very determined to make sure my photos and posters would be done, even during a holiday she was able to get the printer working again so that I could get what I needed! It is very clear that she cares about the people in the community that frequent her store; she is always friendly and makes the customer feel welcomed. I won’t go anywhere else for my photo or pharmacy needs!

I wrote a review about the store five years ago and gave it five stars so I can’t write another one, but I am editing this one. I just want to say thank you to them for their kindness, and for expediting my prescription for me after a horrendous experience at the CVS on Central Avenue. I always went to the CVS at the corner of Dorchester in Bacons bridge when I lived on that side of town, for about 15 years, and never had an issue and always was treated with courtesy and professionalism. When I moved over tonight’s Ville I switched For convenience sake. I have never felt comfortable or had a good experience in that store or in that pharmacy. I will never go back. I will travel back across town to CVS at the corner of Bacons Bridge and Dorchester Road. Thank you all so much for making me feel heard and comfortable and treating me with kindness and professionalism.

Young black girl at the drive thru is of great help & polite, picked up 2 prescriptions around 1:30 12/06/22. Great customer service, God bless you.

Everytime. I have been there. The staff were over worked. Not enough staff.. I feel for them as I have seen the same persons working so many hours in same days. I know with Covid its busy. But I sure hope CVS Corp. will send these poor girls some help. God Bless the pharmacist. Especially now.

Customer Service is amazing. A lady name Regina is super friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy coming to this CVS.

Substitute pharmacist, Brock, was very helpful and corrected an error. His outstanding customer service and kind demeanor was truly refreshing.

Wow, I am so surprised by these reviews. I've been going to this location for quite a few years now and have always found the employees in the Pharmacy Dept. to be hardworking, very friendly & helpful.

Very good price on school wear at CVS. Did not know that the price went down more than one half of what I should have paid because of my extra care bucks.

Pharmacy is always super fast, friendly staff, clean store. I fill all my prescriptions here and stop by here instead of the convenience stores across the street

The staff is very nice, they look out for my refills and hold them when I'm challenged on transportation.
