Mr. Electric is a good company to use to install your whole home surge protection and to conduct a home electrical safety inspection. We had the pleasure of working with David B., from Mr. Electric, he was very professional, customer focused and explained – in detail– the test and inspection he was going to conducted. Afterwards David thoroughly explained his findings from the safety inspection found.

We were stunned to discover we have outdated circuit breaker types and David discusses the cost of replacing those breakers and the choices for whole home surge protection, what equipment and cost involved. We opted to get new circuit breakers, an outside whole home surge protection and another layer of surge protection added to the inside circuit breaker. David not only installs all these surge protections devices quickly, it was done with professionally and with great workmanship and quality.

David was a great technician to work with and was flexible enough to install another whole home protection for a family member house nearby. I strongly recommend Mr. Electric for your home surge protection. It is a great investment and gives peace of mind.

Great experience using Mr Electric for the first time today 5/20/24. Our pro (Kenny Mejia) arrived on time, performed the property safety check, reviewed the results with us, then gave a number of options to address our issue. The fix we needed required a separate part that wasn't on hand, so Kenny left to go get, returned very quickly and did a fantastic job with the repair. Kenny was very professional, provided good information on our options, and did a great job once we'd decided what we wanted. A great overall experience and we will definitely be reaching out to Mr Electric (and asking for Kenny) again!

Skylar and Pablo did an excellent job. There were many projects to be done. They made our house safer while doing these projects. Thanks to these two guys and their excellent service! They hung my beautiful light also!

Very good service they even cleaned up after all the work. Had them install various light fixtures and ceiling fans.

So… my power went out midday, not good here in south Texas. I called Mr. Electric and they sent Jason Calvert out the next morning to help with my electrical issue, he was absolutely brilliant. He listened to my concerns, addressed my questions with: knowledge, patience and clarity. He helped me to better understand what has/is taken place with my electricity.
You cannot ask for a better representative for your company. Jason is now my electrician.

We lost half of the main breaker on our electrical service this morning (Saturday). Called Mr. Electric for help. They dispatched Mike Roger’s to our home. Great technician and great guy. Had to find the materials to repair our service. He found them in a reasonable amount of time, came back to our home and worked non-stop to get us back up. Mike stayed until PEC re-installed our meter and he personally made sure all was working before he left. That level of knowledge, service and dedication to the customer is a rare thing to find these days. Mike and Mr. Electric has that commitment. Robert with Mr. Electric is a fantastic, honest and incredibly hard working professional electrician with a rock solid work ethic. I highly recommend Mr. Electric. They did a job others turned down due to the effort and time involved. They totally renovated several panels and lines in a home with wiring from the 1960s that was done incorrectly at that time.

Our service professional was Mike Rogers and he was terrific. My mom lives 3/4 mile off the paved road on a ranch property. We needed to have some interior lighting upgraded, two outbuildings almost completely rewired, and a new main panel. The construction type was mostly CMU masonry. Mike did a very detailed quote (>20k). We were so impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to deal with country electrical that we went with Mr. Electric. The work was super tidy and we have an almost completely updated system. There were challenging days, but he and his helper Cedric stuck with it. We are delighted to have the electrical all sorted. The work is super tidy and the circuits are labeled.

Thank you so much Mr electric. My wife and I have been living in our home almost 3 years now. And of course there's always things that need to be fixed. We've had the occasional electrical issue here and there which I can normally take care of. But this weekend the electrician went out that goes to my 14 month old daughter's room, and Mr electric answered my call and got someone out Monday morning. The gentlemen was on time, and very fast. Their electricians name who I'd highly recommend was Skylar Rankin. He did a full inspection on the house checks both my daughter and sons room. He checked for what he needed left and came back and was done by noon. And that's with a full panel change. He updated all my disconnects in my panel and installed a surge protector. I'm confident with my electric now and as much as I'd like too have you out here again because of your quality work, I know you won't need to come out anytime soon. I had an electrical emergency. Mike was over within an hour or so, explained what was needed, gave me options, and he even planned the work around my complicated schedule that day. Professional all the way, will definitely be calling Mr Electric first.

Mr. Jordan Rodriguez expertly installed a new plug and rejuvenated my main panel to include a surge protector. Jordan was very professional and answered all of my questions. Edward is truly a professional at the top of his game. He carefully walked me through my electrical issue, pointing out a significant problem with unshielded wiring in my power panel—something a coworker had warned me about after facing a similar situation.

Eddie didn't try to sway my decision in any direction. He simply laid out the facts and offered expert advice on possible solutions. Having someone so knowledgeable and unbiased share their perspective was incredibly refreshing. I can't recommend their services enough.

We had a great experience with Skylar from Mr. Electric. While he couldn't isolate/recreate our problem (it was an issue that occurred a couple of times over 1.5yrs ago that we are just now looking into), he did let us know what we could do today (replace weak breakers) to potentially fix it and what we could do moving forward if that didn't work. He was also very friendly and respectful of our space which we appreciate. If we find that we still have issues we won't hesitate to take next steps with this company to resolve them. Thanks!
