SR Medical Services Primary Care of Harriman

SR Medical is a unique service which meets my medical needs at home. My nurse practitioner, Kierra Askew, is timely, skilled, and professional. For me, this is the best option to have appointments with my care provider without the inconveniences of traveling on the busy highways and interstates. They are an excellent!! Choice!!

This is a trustworthy and caring group of people. I have worked with them for the past 2 years and they are great to collaborate with. They provide care to hundreds of patients in their homes who otherwise would go untreated. They are committed to helping those who need help and expanding their services as much as they can. I refer my patients to them often.

I have been going to the Harriman office for years(?). I’ve had only one problem one time and that was with a rude receptionist. She is no longer there. Every time I go now, I am thankful because every one of the employees is great, especially Kelly Vo. She takes her time, listens to me, remembers what I struggle with and encourages me. I am very happy with SR Medical in Harriman. I drive almost an hour to get there, but it’s well worth the drive.

I will add that before going to Harriman, I started out at an SR Medical office in Knoxville, which I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I greatly appreciate the help that I have had through this company with at home medical care. There’s been some things that have fallen through but they are always kind and attentive when fixing and helping out the client. I love Heather who comes and visits and every phone call has been met with respect and care. Thank you all!
