Baymont by Wyndham Harriman

After a long day of driving, I stopped in Harriman for the night. The check in went smoothly and the lovely lady at the counter made a suggestion for a nearby park with a walking path per my request. Thank you! It was a beautiful park.

I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The room was clean and quiet all night. The breakfast was good. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I've stayed there a few times. Check in was painless. The room was clean. Everything was in order. I gave them 4 stars on location. If you stay there, try to get the backside of the hotel. The front faces a railroad and it's pretty active. Still, it's not bad enough to keep you from staying there.

Rooms are always clean, but the front desk attendant, Brenda(?), an older lady, is amazing. She is always so concise, friendly, and helpful. I come consistently to this location once a month, and am delighted to be checked-in by her. Thank you so much!

We stayed a couple of night recently. I left an item in the room when we checked out. My husband called them the next day and was told they would ask the cleaning crew to contact us if the item was located. I received a call and a sweet lady named Rita told me that she would ship it to me if I would send her a self-addressed stamped envelope. I did and sure enough, I got my item in the mail just a few days later. I have left things behind in hotels before, but I never have been able to get anything back. I just can’t praise them enough for their honest and kind staff. Also, the room was clean, they provided extra towels and the breakfast was good. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay there again.

amazing place and great prices and deals. the house keeping and the head of house keeping, Michelle was awesome! great personality and super helpful when i needed more coffee and toiletries for the room. Her effort made this stay way more comfortable for me thank you so much Michelle ☺

Love staying here at this Baymont by Wyndham Hotels. I've stayed here a few times or more. Rooms are nice and clean. There is a pool. Staff members are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. It's hot and cold foods. Good selection to choose from. Comfortable Beds and Pillows. I would stay here again and again.

This man. What else can I say about this man? Jay was extremely accommodating. We came in from out of town to race. He allowed us to wash out race car in the parking lot. He took us in at an extremely reasonable rate. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Complementary coffee did everything it was supposed to. Next time we come in to race, we will definitely be staying here.

Our car broke down right at the Baymont Inn. The staff were extremely gracious to us, as we were stranded for a couple of days until we could get on the road again. They asked if we needed anything, and even helped us find a mechanic that could fix our car. The room was very neat and clean. And the water pressure in the shower is AMAZING! Food is great. I would highly recommend them.

Stayed here a few times when working in the area. Hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is pretty good and typical of any free breakfast. Rooms are clean and has very fast Wi-Fi. Made my work much easier. I definitely recommend staying there by yourself or with your family and kids.

I loved the front desk people. Earl has a great sense of humor. First time I've ever been made to feel completely welcome at a hotel before even fully being checked in. It was a great stay with a low cost price. Couldn't have asked for better

Large Parking lot. Has front and back area parking. Customer service was great. Not sure if it was the booking website or their system but they couldn't find my reservation or the gentleman in front of me during check in. All in all clean room and comfy bed. Wished I could have stayed for breakfast because they were setting up a large spread!

We had a personal family situation that required us to stay for a few days. The ownership and staff checked on us every day, and treated us like family. They cared about us and were more than accommodating. This is a wonderful staff and ownership group. Fantastic professionalism.

The service was outstanding. Brenda went over and beyond to help us to make our stay the best we could have had. When getting help is getting more challenging Brenda is an example of service that others should emulate.

5 star rating based on what it is. Outside entrance hotel with continental breakfast. Very reasonable, clean and modern. Breakfast was better than expected. Fruit, cereal, patries and two waffle makers. Everyone was polite. Location offered outdoor pool which we did not use. I would recommend staying here for at least the night.

Very nice place. Ussually, I so sensitive to loud noices and bed comfort conditions in hotels. But the hotel definitely in not so bad. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff on the front desk, good breakfast and big parking lot. I'm going to stay there one more times.

I got a flat tire halfway through a four hour drive so after getting my car towed I was lucky to find a room at Baymont for my fiancé and me and our little pug. The front desk was very friendly and understanding and did everything they could to accommodate us. Thank you Baymont staff for all of your help.

Owner and staff are wonderful people. Pool is great. This is a great place to go and get away for a few days. We will book here again. Our pet travels with us and was welcomed here.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A good breakfast variety is offered including hot waffles. The Baymont is located close to the places we were visiting. We had one issue and it was taken care of immediately! The staff really cares about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable, and they did just that! We will be coming back to Harriman soon and will be staying at the Baymont. Great hospitality!

Great price and location for our needs. Many parks and waterfalls within an hour in all directions including Cumberland Caverns. You gotta go there if you have time.

I love this place! Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Pool is awesome! Also own Rodeway Inn next door.
Best breakfast in town!
