El Patron

First time trying El Patron and I was not disappointed. Was greeted at the door and seated right away. A little bit busy but that didn't stop the service from being amazing. Prices were reasonable for the huge portions. Chip we're fresh and loved the salsa because it actually had cilantro in it and most places don't put it in it. The sweet tea was fantastic and so was our food. I got shrimp fajita nachos and my fiance got the steak & chicken fajita combo. Everything about this experience was 10/10. We will definitely be back and I recommend if you like Mexican foods to stop in and give them a try.

My parents and I have been coming to El Patron off and on for the past year since it was recommended to us by friends! It’s fantastic!!! It’s worth the drive! The food is very good! Great portion sizes! And the best thing is, the food tastes great! Love their salsa as well! Would highly recommend to everyone!

This is one of the most friendly places you can go in Morgan County! The waiters are so kind and helpful, they are fast and they come to your table within seconds of you being seated. They bring chips and salsa as soon as you sit down and they take your drink order, and then your food is delivered within minutes and it is ALWAYS hot and delicious. They are constantly checking to see if you need anything else. All in all they are AMAZING! I wish I could give 10 stars and I would DEFINITELY recommend that everyone go EL PATRON!

Great Mexican food! Service is fast and friendly. Place is always clean. My husband has tried something different every time we go there, and has always been so impressed on how delicious everything is.

I love Mexican food and restaurants and some places you go the salsa is to hot or not hot enough and the chips are stale etc. but not here El Patron was amazing the have great fast friendly service clean restaurant the salsa was just right and the chips were fresh and not stale. If you’re in the area I definitely suggest stopping in and having dinner or lunch. 10/10 for me for sure. Also the fried ice cream is great lol

Excellent authentic food! Hot chips and tasty salsa, the quesadilla was excellent as were the burritos!

I live sampling local Mexican cuisine when I pip out of town and me and the boyfriend rode out to sightsee in Oak Ridge and to Brushy Mountain Penitentiary (by the way go visit) and the food at El Patron was fabulous!! Fresh, cooked perfectly, and came out unbelievably fast even in the middle of dinner rush.

Would highly recommend!!

Service was great. The margaritas are pre-mixed, no bar, beer is cool not cold,but the food was very good.

Hidden Gem! Don't pass up this place. Excellent food and friendly, quick service. Had pork burrito. Pork was tender and tasty. Great guac too.

Great food, one of the best Mexican stops we have ate at in awhile. I got the steak fajita nachos with a chili relleno in my wife got a chimichanga steak wonderful food.

This place is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant I have ever been to so far. Their food is always fresh, and flavor profiles will blow your mind. The plate presentation is always spot on. If you want a great experience. This will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Try the quesadilla Mexicana.

Pretty dang good. Small place in a small town but worth a lick if you’re traveling to the Obed.

Me being from outside of Wartburg I have a local Mexican Restaurant that I go to. I consider the food and atmosphere at my local spot to be a 10 out of 10. El Patron would be a 9 out of 10. A 9 out of 10 is a great score too. Loved the enthusiasm of our server, he was awesome. I noticed everyone else's service with the other servers was great too. The food and atmosphere was only slightly lower than my local spot. And I mean only slightly. The food was awesome at El Patron and so was the atmosphere, so don't think that me giving it a 9 is a slight against the place. Plenty of restaurants have gotten a 5 or lower for various reasons. This place, El Patron, didn't disappoint at all. Me and my wife left nothing on our plates. Great job El Patron! I recommend the Polo Con Queso, delicious

Located is a small town, but could easily be considered amazing in a big city too. Great prices and even better food.
