Yes - I read through the "most current" to "aged" comments / star ratings. To get my own experience - here is my experience:
I chose to continue shopping with Fowler's Furniture.
1) Salesperson - Vickie Canuff
Answered my multiple questions - Vickie, she even rearranged sales figures to be affordable to my budget.
Type of availability - make/model of bed.
Size availability in bed.
Mattress - Make / Model / warranty etc
As I have severe spinal stenosis - requiring a firm quality in mattress.
Grouping - 2 night stands / included
Cherry color - ordered
3) Everything that was ORDERED - Of cherry color - products arrived 2 weeks earlier - I was notified of such & delivery date it was set.
4) 1 BIG Mirror - very nice quality - added in
5) On lay away - A recliner
6) On my wish list - a table / folding down sides / 2 roller chairs.
7) DELIVERY - 2 great guys - didn't catch their names - set up everything quickly.
8) On time - proficient delivery - NO hassel.
THANKYOU FOWLER'S FURNITURE - Yes this was my first time buying major purchase of needed item's. Will I return to Fowler's Furniture - YES
Plus my being new to area - I loved the cordial hospitality extended to me.

I would like to say how glad I am that we purchased our new living room furniture from Fowlers in Rockwood Tennessee. It is absolutely beautiful. Above that though is how great all the staff are. Especially Vicky. We had to reschedule our delivery date more than once due to our remodeling not being finished and the a death in our family. They were so sweet and never once complained about having to wait to deliver it. Super great people all around including the two young men who delivered for us. We highly recommend Fowler’s if you are looking to purchase new furniture from some special people.

Friendly and not pushy. They have some nice stuff! We had a good time looking around, while waiting to rent a trailer. Multiple things to get done there!

Wonderful experience with the Fowler’s team, in Rockwood, TN. Had an immediate need for a lift chair to help my grandfather as he was being discharged from the hospital. Made the purchase at 12pm and the chair was delivered at 2:30pm. Really appreciate hometown businesses that go out of their way to support and serve their local community. If you live in Roane County or the surrounding area, I Highly recommend the Fowler’s team!

Randy was an excellent salesman. He listened to everything my wife and I wanted and had solutions for each. I purchased an office desk, but unfortunately it had a slight flaw in the veneer that was not seen by me prior to delivery. I called the store and they had the delivery guys turn around to come and pick it right back up. The manager ensured everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction, and it was.

Excellent customer service!

A fact not many people know is this place has climate controlled storage units. The price per unit is higher than other storage units but they frequently have open units. I'm happy I found this place

Fowler’s is awesome! Randy helped us look through some couches after asking us a few questions and then gave us plenty of time to go back through and make our decision while staying close enough to answer questions. They will even reupholster the couches you want if you don’t like the fabric or color! The delivery is priced VERY fair and it’s fast and easy just like the purchasing process.

I recently moved to Roane County and needing several items of furniture I checked out Fowlers. They were fantastic in helping me get the desk I needed at an affordable price. Two more purchases since then have proved to me they really care about their customers.

We went there looking for a sofa for someone in need. The salesman Randy and the management help us with the price and we were able to get a nice sifa for a very reasonable price and free delivery. Great people.

My parents bought my son a BEAUTIFUL black sleigh bed. My mom had it arranged to be delivered and set up. The young men were VERY nice, professional and set up the bed quickly. Thank you guys!!

Saw the ad on Facebook, went in, found the chair, tried it, bought it, they loaded it into our truck. Easy peezy. That never happens.

I looked all over Knoxville for a sofa and two chairs and couldn't find what I was looking for. I stopped by Fowler's, right down the road from my house, and exactly what I was looking for was right inside the door for a great price.
