Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was probably one of our best visits to this Cracker Barrel. We arrived around 7:30 and they were very busy but we were seated immediately and our server was there right away. They were able to accommodate a food request after finding out there were out of a few things. The only downfall was our cornbread arrived later and they were a little overdone. Even walked out with a little gift. We absolutely love Cracker Barrel and we’re excited this one is close to our house. The fire was especially nice. :)

First time I have been to cracker barrel in Tennessee.....you can always count on a good breakfast anytime of the day here ....its a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the service is warm and friendly

Great pplace to stop and have friendly staff attend to your needs and help not only with food but questions about products in the store. Stop by if you have time and are hungry.

One suggestion is that if you have new items you are introducing in the resturant you might have samples brought to the table to generate interest. That is the next level service people are looking for in the best resturants.

Can I give our server more than five stars?!? She was wonderful. Unfortunately I forgot her name. As soon as I identified myself as diabetic and needing to eat, she jumped into action to accommodate me. She was a wonderful server who was attentive to our every need and this was a phenomenal experience. Additionally, our food was exceptional just to round out the experience. This is a location we would visit again.

For a late Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too crowded and my sons and I were seated right away. Our server, Chloe, was great as was the food and this location is always my go to spot for a great dining experience.

Took my friend to our Cracker Barrel in Crossville Tn for her birthday. I had the maple bacon chicken. Very good and loved the presentation of it being served on the vintage look blue plate. Service was very good and always love shopping the store. Family restaurants are always a little loud but we still enjoyed our time. Highly recommend.

Best Cracker Barrel experience in a while. Service was a rad slow, but they were packed. Food was very good and really hit the spot. This location is very good.

I spent Thanksgiving dinner at Cracker Barrel this year, and cannot say that I was any happier! It was so nice not to worry about cleaning up dishes in the house or having guest over. The food was wonderful. The environment was excellent. I’ll come in about 9 o’clock last night, and we were the only ones at the restaurant, which was also very nice, if you want a greatThanksgiving experience, I suggest giving Cracker Barrel a try!

I had the fried white fish, it was good but maybe a little skimpy on the fish. Cole slaw and broccoli excellent. Chicken pot pie was enough for 2 meals and very good. Biscuits are always delicious!

Gentlemen ( I don't recall his name) is great. Friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor My brother , a former restaurant manager, is always very complimentary of this Store (food, service, and employees ) and particularly this gentleman.

Cracker Barrel shines at this location! Friendly staff, quick service, and the fun, old-time country store atmosphere highlight all the things that Cracker Barrel stands for. Mix all of this with a wonderful assortment of friendly locals, all whom are quick to greet you and share a smile and a brief chat made my visit here a joy. I eat at Cracker Barrel a lot. I almost always have breakfast there. I like the atmosphere and the waitresses are attentive. Good food and good service. Wish the store was cheaper though.

Hi from Northern California here. I've been coming to the beautiful eastern Tennessee hills, Harriman, to see my grandma and uncle's for decades. I always have to go to the Cracker Barrel to get my good ole country cookin' fix. Love everything about it. Don't care if it's a franchise or not. The national franchises have got nothing over this wonderful restaurant. I can always count on getting me some good southern chow here, then top it off with a good piece of pie. I wouldn't want it any other way. Nice people, nostalgic atmosphere and a great gift shop to boot!

Since moving to this area, we've been visiting Cracker Barrel. It is a very nice place. All employees are very friendly, quick service and the food is very good. My favorite, side dish of grits!

Us 3 sisters enjoyed our food as usual. Our waitress was great It's always fun to look at all the cute things in the store, especially the funny cards! They had several sections that were 70% off!

The people here are awesome and they are amazing so is their food and it's great they are so nice and kind and very polite, it's so amazing go to cracker Barrel if you haven't been ☺ we tippeded them to.

I love this Cracker Barrel in Rockwood. It feels more like down home than many of them.
The food was amazing, those tater tots are filled with cheese! And the service was amazing!

I've been helping take care of my uncle for 3 years and for the last 4 months I had to care for him and my aunt, as she was diagnosed with cancer in April and passed in September. His children have elected to put him into assisted living over an hour away so my last week with him I tried to make very special and took him on different outings. He is always loved cracker barrel so he enjoyed going once more, and our server Kaylee assistant making this last breakfast with him a great one. Thank you for that Kaylee! Your kindness and attentiveness were very appreciated.

Steak was one of the best I've ever had and was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. All the food was hot didn't feel like it had been sitting back there waiting for the rest of the food, and the hostess was great, and the waitress was great, never ran out of drinks.

My mother and I ate here for lunch. Our food was really good - 10 stars out of 10. Our server Casady R - was most excellent and amazing - 12 out of 10 stars - she made our visit well worth the experience.
