Walmart Supercenter

This probably is one of the better Walmarts I have ever been to. The customer service is always great and they’re always stocked with what we need. It’s very clean and everyone is very helpful.

Wesley, at the self check out station, was so friendly and helpful. I told him he is by far the BEST employee of Wal-Mart I've ever encountered. 1-30-24

We live several miles from Rockwood Walmart but we get our pictures done here. So much better service and nice people in electronics dept. Thanks for all you do.

I got a new phone here today!! The sales lady, Nina, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different phones and plans!! Scottie went out of his way to go look in the back for exactly the phone that I wanted!! The store is clean especially the bathroom!! I have had an amazing experience here today!! Come get you a new phone today guys...ask for Nina!!

I shop at the Rockwood TN store. Customer service is tremendous in being helpful and friendly. I shop at this store because they are well stocked. The store is clean and has enough space to shop comfortably.

Always crowded, but always a nice place to shop. They keep this Walmart pretty clean and stocked on items. The store runs well and the associates are really friendly. They do check receipts here but I have learned to not be bothered by it, since it’s their job to do so. Seems that this Walmart may be a bit smaller than most and not carry as wide of a variety of stuff, but there are plenty of Walmart stores around if you don’t find what you need here.

Yep… you read it right! WALMART!!!! Specifically the auto center. They absolutely went above and beyond for our guests from Michigan who needed a Trailer tire last night. The gentleman in automotive went above and beyond in taking care of them. We intend to go in and find his name and thank the manger as well. Cannot recommend the. Highly enough!

Out of all the Walmarts store I've been in this one is by far the cleanest, good produce and by far the nicest staff, they are very polite and helpful

Wal-Mart see more of my pay check than I do! I have noticed the prices going up more! A gallon of water has gone from .88 to 1.06 a gallon! Should be seeing lower cost with the tax free month, prices have sored on the products to make up for the taxes! 😡

Easily found what I needed. Bathroom was clean and had stalls you can't look through big gaps by the doors! 😀

Had to get some necessities at Walmart, and I was very happy to find this Dunder Mifflin face mask! Love me The Office!!! And of course, something cool for a special pup. I like the toys made out of fire hose material because they do last a bit longer. Also I receive some excellent customer service by an associate who walks me quite a ways to point me to the greeting cards. There are so many hateful angry people out there these days, in customer service and just the shoppers. Is a breath of fresh air when you have someone go out of their way to help you and be very nice about it.

This is a great location. They have better stock than stores in Oak Ridge or Knoxville. I have a problem with cell signal in some areas of the store but connecting to their wifi works. We love Mr. Jeff and his songs and suckers!
