Excellent Kroger! Always clean and even when it's super busy they always seem to have enough folks working. Reliable sushi, great deli, meat and fish department always smells like it should, bakery stuff is fresh, nothing to complain about except it being busy but that's for good reason. They have a great staff, Taylor is an angel among them, thank you.

Always bright and clean. The store has done an excellent job of keeping only fresh produce and meats available for purchase.

I just want to give Amy, your hard worker, amazing employee, fast cashier, whatever her main title in store is, the recognition she deserves. Amy always welcomes everyone with a warm smile. Its always a speedy checkout, and I always am excited to see her. She makes great conversation and feels great to come back and do the dreaded shopping. Definitely will be back :)

I love this store, great produce, bakery, Deli, and meat selection.

As a home health nurse covering 18 counties in the region, I pass/stop at a lot of Kroger stores. This one in "Midtown" is my favorite of all! Nice clean parking lot with ample parking and buggy stalls, produce always fresh, always have sale items in stock, aisles are big enough for 2 carts, always have enough cashiers as well as self checkout if you want, employees very very friendly, don't have 118 pickup employees crowding the aisles at one time. I've been to smaller and bigger Kroger stores and I think this one is PERFECT!

Kroger is the best grocery store around and normally it's the cleanest grocery store around . The produce at Kroger is definitely the best in the area. I shop there often especially because of the because of the produce and also the dairy they have a wide selection of dairy products. In different parts of the store you can always find clearance on seasonal item seasonal items such as plates dishes stuff that you would use outside and it's great products for low cost. I highly recommend Kroger in this area over other grocery stores.

I love this store. They stock everything I love. Their chicken and deli are top quality.
Huge variety of their own gourmet bread and rolls, to numerous to mention.
Their bakery is great and something for everyone's taste. Great peach pie!
The store is huge, well-stocked, clean and friendly. Never have to go to different stores, they have it all. So big and bright its always a pleasing experience.

Needed a few things before going on Watts Bar. Was able to find everything we needed.

Love there prices. And they have things I want most of time in stock. In the store is always clean. love their sale prices. They have Food City beat by a country mile. And speaking of country miles are only about a country mile apart. LOL. 😎

Want to give a shout out to Charles, the new asst deli manager in the Harriman TN store. Even though he was short handed he never lost his cool with his one employee and was very polite and apigetic to all the customers lined up and waiting. He not only helped me with my order but found an item in the back cooler for me that had not yet been stocked in the self serving case.
Thanks Kroger for hiring another great employee. EVERYONE at this store gives 110% to their customers!

Great variety, love their digital coupons plus the ones they mail you. The employees are friendly & helpful, & I love the layout of the store. Extra perk is to get a discount on gas from shopping here & saving more!

We live in California currently so we don't have Kroger stores out here and I wish we did. I filled up at the gas station and I didn't have a loyalty card but the cashier gave me the discount anyways. Reasonable prices. I can't wait to move to the South and be able to shop there regularly

All the employees and managers have been great. Always have addressed any problems we've may have had. If they don't have an item, they try their best to get it for you. Been very pleased with this store.

Don't shop at the store much but they have a fabulous selection of stuff. The store is absolutely huge and beautiful. Very well lit and staff is very helpful. I use the pharmacy mostly. They have a great discount club 27 single or 78 for family that has MANY rx for either free, 3,or 6 dollars. Its awesome! I have good insurance and its always cheaper on the kroger plan.

I shop at this store several times a week. Yesterday I got in line to check out and my cashiers name was Adam. As we talked I found out that he was new but, you couldn't tell it. He was very friendly and he seemed very knowledgeable. He will be the cashier that I seek out now when I head to the register..
