Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harriman, an IHG Hotel

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. Particularly Jamey, who went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my children in a not so fun situation. The beds were very comfortable, we had a lovely view, breakfast was really good. We had everything we needed. The next day, Jamey and staff did everything they could to help me out of a pickle. I am so thankful to know there are truly caring and lovely folks out there. Thank you!

Wow is all I have to say, Jamey at the front desk was absolutely outstanding and was so so great with not only us but our children as well! It’s so hard to find great customer service like we had at this hotel!!

Well worth a stay if passing through the area but some of the rooms were not updated when I was there. Worst thing was making sure not to miss the drive way entrance.

Almost missed the driveway entrance -- also very steep/challenging if any ice or snow. Suite was lovely and very comfortable for a family.

Always a great pick for horse shows at Roane State. The rooms are clean, good pillows and better than frozen biscuits. Thank you to Wes for always helping us during our late night check ins.

People were great, the rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was good.

Roomy, clean, invitingly-warm and fresh-smelling accommodations. Huge bed with amazingly comfortable pillows (slept great!) and a nice very big TV! Powerful, wonderful, clean shower. The affixed bottles of Dove liquid soap, bodywash, shampoo, condition and moisturizing lotion were also a nice plus! The employees were pleasant and helpful. The stay was an affordable, comfortable, Win!

My only problem was the steep driveway that is designed to destroy your transmission.
Now once I was inside the stay was attentive nice and squared me away immediately. My room was clean and spacious with enough outlets for all my technology. Breakfast was surprisingly good and Included that's a definite arrow in the quiver. Overall great place for the price.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was typical for hotels except there were hot cinnamon rolls as a choice too. Very friendly staff.

General Manager Cherry and her entire team provided me with top notch customer service. They were friendly and professional and took obvious pride in the establishment. The breakfast was great, rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I'm a local and am so pleased to know I have like this to have nearby for whatever reason. The hotel itself was phenomenal. Hot and fully stacked breakfast. Unlike most Holiday Inn Expresses, this one had a working pancake machine and cinnamon rolls daily instead of signs that simply say out of order. Recently updated with modern furnishings which is always important to me. The only negative was the proximity to the a busy railway, however, the dual paned windows do a great job blocking out the majority of the sound, and a noise machine could take care of the remaining noise. If sound is a huge issue for you, make sure to get a room facing away from the highway/tracks. Would definitely come here again so long as the hotel rooms stay as clean and well maintained as they are now.

I was left in a situation at 7:30pm at a room I had booked a month in advance. I had to leave that motel ASAP and I’m 2 states away from home and needed a room. I drove to holiday inn and was greeted by a young man named Zach...he was excellent and awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and helped get me a room at last minute. My room was very clean! We also enjoyed the late night swimming and fire pit...breakfast was also yummy this morning! I would definitely stay here again.

Over the last 2 years my family and I have spent multiple nights at this hotel. It became our home away from home. My son did school virtually while we were traveling, did virtual classes in our hotel room, virtual karate lessons, even had virtual visits with his therapist at your hotel. My dad was fighting cancer, so we visited quite often. The staff were so nice to us. Anything we needed (which wasn't much), they got it. They even knew which room we wanted, and only once was it unavailable. It had been given to another family that truly needed the comfort of that room and your staff as much if not more than we did.

It has been 9 months since our last visit. My dad went to heaven in January. I want you to know that your staff became family. They asked how he was doing, how we were doing. They truly showed us that they cared. They made difficult visits easier. They made being away from home so often more bearable.

I can never truly thank you for the hospitality and compassion that you all showed us.

Stayed at alot of hotels and a lot of holiday Inns / express. As of the date of this review it appears to be well maintained and the beds are newish, and you can get cold air in the room for a change.

AMAZING experience! We were stranded due to car issues, we were able to get a room quickly. Super clean, extremely friendly staff and had all the needs to accommodate my family!

Cool place but didn’t get to use the pool. They let us have a get together in the parking lot with our friends.

Great hotel close to Roane State college where my son was playing baseball for the weekend. The lady at the front desk was super friendly too. Our room smelled clean & looked great. We had 2 nights of great sleep. Breakfast was good too. Would stay here again.
