I had the pleasure meeting the new manager La'Mon today and he was a breathe of fresh air. He was extremely professional and handled himself with such poise. He will definitely get my business. I don't know who needs to hear this but he is AWESOME! What a relief. Great young man

Kathleen is great! I use a storage unit each winter to free up garage workshop space for a couple months. Glad to use Monster for the close to home location and the easy non lip roll in of the bigger units. My second year with Monster and I hope there will be a unit available each year now. I don’t like shopping around each year to find a unit that fits my needs. This site works great for me!

Definitely a great experience! After checking numerous places I ran into monster storage, which I was so glad that I did. Mrs. Kathleen was AMAZING and made my experience quick and easy. I have been using Monster Storage in Summerville for many years. Kathleen, the manager, is a gem! She goes out of her way to make you feel like a valued customer. She is efficient, professional, and always personable. The facility is safe and clean, and Kathleen does a magnificent job at keeping things running smoothly. She is a pro at her job!
(Previous review) The units are very accessible with great security. The people have always been friendly and do what they can to make sure you have a good experience. I am very satisfied with the unit, the service, and the great staff.

The property manager, Kathleen’s, ability to communicate and make the customer feel welcome is top notch. I had such a stressful week moving and she made this process so easy. It was such a breathe of fresh air. Her charisma and positive attitude carry on to the other tenants. I had 3 interactions with other customers during my move and they were all very nice people. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for storage in the area.

Great place and amazing office staff! As a commercial tenant, it is a great place to work and rent. The facility is kept very nice and the staff is very responsive, kind, and helpful in all situations. I can only imagine renting storage units from here is also a great experience. Do not hesitate to bring your business here!

Jamie was so helpful and knowledgeable she helped with all my packing materials even helped me with the truck rental she knew just the size of unit I needed and gave me some great packing tips. My move was successful and no stress thanks to this young ladie. She told me she had the best prices around and I checked and they do . Thank you Jamie and Kathleen for all your help....

Very welcoming place just moved to this state and Kathleen was very nice and helped my family with everything we needed. She has a wonderful heart. Definitely recommend this storage.

They were very good to me actually I needed to move to a smaller unit they were very accommodating so nice units are clean and accessible I have had my unit for over a year now wouldn't change places even if I got a cheaper place very trusting employees the best they helped me and I was great full they didn't take advantage of a 72 year old I know my belongings are safe it's wonderful doing business with your company so thank you so much
