This is our second time using PlumbIt, we were so impressed the 1st time, we couldn’t think of anyone else when we faced another plumbing issue. Brandon and his assistant were punctual, professional, & fixed our problem!! Brandon found a less intrusive scenario and did a great job explaining the reason and process required (no additional cost) Why would we look elsewhere? Highly recommend!!

What impressed me the most was their attention to cleanliness; they always wore booties inside my house to minimize any mess, showing great respect for my space.

Sunday evening I all of a sudden experienced low water pressure throughout my house. I called Plumbit on a Monday morning, and the serviceman was here within a couple hours. Brandon was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced my water softener and hot water heater same day. He did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Plumbit to family and friends.

Henry was awesome! He was very kind and professional. Since I am fairly new to Texas, he went over everything I needed to know about my water softener and gave me helpful advice. Even though my water softener wasn't working at the time, he did a descale service at a reasonable price. It's so nice to know there is a plumber out there like Henry who cares about meeting my needs and going beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Plumbit!

They also provide free estimates PRIOR to servicing you and I was able to get service THE SAME DAY!!! Henry, Brandon, Gerson, and Stacy were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is an experienced crew who is passionate about serving their community members and providing quality service at a fair price. My sewer line replacement was not an easy job - spanning 112’ and going as deep as 10’ in solid rock, but it was no match for their digging crew. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Plumbit for a couple jobs on my own house as well as some work done at my elderly mother’s.

I cannot say enough about the type of person Clayton is. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work done was fast and done right. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why and you could tell how kind-hearted he is and generally cares about you as a customer.

One of our situation was rather urgent and a little more difficult due to the age of the house and the type of flange on the toilet. They somehow managed to fit is in on a busy day and got the job done so we could complete the rest of the work in the bathroom. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. As long as they are in business they will always get my business for any plumbing work.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Clayton explained in detail our issues and gave us clear options for ways to address them in a way that made sense and didn’t pressure us either way. The work was done thoroughly and quickly for all they had to do. I highly recommend!

We had our floors replaced last week and unfortunately didn’t realize the flooring company takes off the toilets but does not put them back on. We needed our toilet put back onto its spot, reconnected, and sealed. We originally called a different plumbing company and they quoted us about $360… then another company told us $250 only to come out and give the quote. These quotes were just to put a (brand new) toilet back onto its spot. Both of those companies had good reviews, but it just felt high.

We stumbled upon Plumbit and made a call. They gave us a quote over the phone which was way less than the other competitors and felt fair. I asked their availability and they were able to come in a matter of an hour or two. Keep in mind, this is a non urgent need so the fact that they were able to come same day was super kind! We received a text when they were en route with a photo of one of the technicians so we could recognize who was coming to our house. That added such a nice level of safety that I appreciated!

Brandon and Gerson showed up to our house and were very professional, even wearing boot covers when entering our home. They looked at our bathroom, gave us a quote, and immediately got to work when we agreed to the quote — which was even less than the phone quote since the toilet was already removed. The fact that they did the additional discount tells me this company is honest and isn’t looking at a chance to rip you off. So refreshing. Brandon even noticed a water pressure difference and communicated that to us, but it was easily explained by our washer running. He just wanted to ensure there wasn’t another issue at hand, and we appreciated that level of attention to detail.

They did the reset of the toilet extremely fast and were super respectful and kind, leaving a clean finished job behind while educating us on the after care. We felt comfortable with them in our home and trusted their work. We even talked to Brandon afterwards about the “push pull” stop on our toilet, approximate costs to replace those around the house one day, and he even gave us suggestions on what types of toilets are best should we have to replace our current ones. You could tell he was knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys what he does.

Overall I highly recommend this company as they were speedy, professional, kind, and did a job well done at a fair price.

A true gent and scholar of plumbing knowledge! Educated me on a few plumbing tips I didn’t know and gave a few heads up as well! Had a leak at the city water hookup. Home builder mixed pvc with metal fittings….. The price was right especially after the MILITARY DISCOUNT! Go with this small family owned business. They’re good. Ask for Clayton Purvis.

Called Plumbit to fix a loose toilet and they came by the same day. I was really impressed with the customer service from the first phone call to the completion of the work. Clayton Purvis and his partner were excellent in not only addressing the current need, but also calling out other areas at risk.

Clay was awesome. He explained all the issues and even the potential issues we weren't completely aware of. We came up with a plan for the repair, which included replacing the garbage disposal. Clay helped steer us in the right direction to make an informed decision but also to help us not spend more than we had to. He was very personable and completed the job quickly, explaining along the way how to maintain the pipes to prevent further issues. We love Plumbit, Henry, and Clay and will continue to use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Henry and his staff were amazing to work with. From the beginning when I called, I was given exceptional service and an accurate estimate. Henry was able to show up to the house in less than 2 hours from my original call and his company sent a text with his name, picture, and notice when he was on his way. Henry was very thorough when diagnosing the old water heater and his team was very efficient when replacing the water heater. There were no hidden up charges in the end like some other plumbing companies do that I have used before. I plan on using them again in the future and will definitely refer them to friends and family.

It’s hard to imagine the perfect plumbing experience, but today I can tell you that, that was my experience. My dad hired PlumbIt when we realized that a pipe was leaking water onto the floor from our washing machine and soaking into the carpet.

When the plumbers got to my establishment, they were courteous, polite, and - this is key for people in shoes like mine - made me aware of the process every step of the way.

No concept, in their eyes, was over my head, and so I knew exactly what they were doing, why it would work, and all of the billing details that would be necessary.

As a result, this operation went off without a hitch in an efficient, timely fashion, with professional excellence and customer care that, for me, is crucial.

Brandon Adkins and his assistant arrived on time and were very professional. This is their second visit and won't be the last. Brandon is a great teacher/mentor to his assistant.
