My Preferred Pharmacy to collect prescription since it’s nearby.

This is pharmacy we have used for 2 years, for my husband and myself. It is a very busy pharmacy and most times our wait is never super long. We have RX on auto fills. The pharmacy always has them ready and it works well.. There are longer waits sometimes especially during cold and allergy flu season. They recently helped get a very important RX filled for my husband same night.The pharmacy staff have always been polite with us.

A lot of these poor reviews are about the pharmacy so let's get this straight... cvs is not just a pharmacy. My infant has been sick and I've been able to run in at 10:50pm and get her medicine.
We've had late night munchies and I've stopped to get us candy, snacks, drinks, etc.
We've needed Christmas photos printed, picked them up a few hours after ordering.
When you live in this area and driving down culebra traffic is a headache this place is a blessing.
Never needed the pharmacy but like I said there's a store front too, doesn't deserve an overall 1 star. Always kind staff in my opinion, I'm here a few times every week.

The pharmacy staff is extremely friendly. I have had zero issues with them filling my prescriptions. Everyone is always courteous! When I had my Covid shot, the pharmacist was kind and considerate!

I have been going to this CVS since moving to San Antonio last July and have had only good experiences! I am surprised by the bad reviews. Also the closing for lunch doesn't bother me. I have seen other businesses do this or shut down for full day due to low staffing and 30 min is not long at all. I would prefer staff get a break vs getting stressed out.
