I hate going to the dentist and hadn't been in a while. I'm so glad I found Dr. Anderson and Crystal Falls Dental. He was so patient and understanding of my fears- he put me right at ease. You don't feel like just another "client " He takes the time to talk to you and answer all of your questions. Crystal and Brooke are also very helpful and friendly. I've found my new family dentist!

Friendly, efficient, trustworthy and very high quality dental services. Never rush through patients, explain procedures clearly and will always fix things to make sure they are perfect no matter how many times something may need to be tweaked. Their goal is always complete patient satisfaction. It's a long 40 minute drive for me to get to them, but it's definitely worth it.

Call me impressed! I don't often write reviews but in this case it's a must. I called Sunday due to a dental emergency with one of my kids. I left a message not expecting a call back. They did call me back and left a voicemail stating they would call me at 8am when the office opened. 8am on the dot and my phone was ringing. They got my son in at 10am and took good care of him. We aren't even patients there. My kids usual dentist was closed today (monday.) I'm so impressed with all the staff and how wonderful they were. I highly recommend this Dentist!

First time visiting Crystal Falls Dental and I was not disappointed. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Overall, I would rate this office as excellent. Will definitely refer anyone I know.

Very highly recommended! I called with very bad tooth pain and they got me in right away. They were gentle and did everything they could to make me comfortable and fix the issue. I was not even a regular patient, but I am now! I even scheduled appointments for my kiddos.

I felt very nervous before going in for my appointment. The staff was very nice and took the time to explain everything that was going to take place which made me feel at ease. The dentist was highly skilled and gave me his recommendation but also offered options.

When I had a severe toothache, Dr. Anderson promptly prescribed medications and fit me in his busy schedule for the next-day visit. I had an infection and Dr. Anderson carefully explained various options from bridges to implants. Unlike some other dentists, Dr. Anderson is not pushy and left the decision to me. The actual work performed is superb as well.

I have weak teeth and have been looking for the right dentist in the Austin area. After changing around dentists for nearly a decade, I am happy to find a trustworthy, professional dentist.

Other staff members are excellent as well. With frequent dental visits, managing insurance claims and the annual maximum was a hassle for me. Crystal is extremely friendly and knowledgable at supporting Dr. Anderson and makes the painful process easy. For special treatments like my implant, Dr. Orlich is one of the best I had.

Crystal Falls Dental is practically a second home for me given how much dental work my husband and I have needed over the past several years, and what I appreciate most is knowing that I'm receiving the best possible dental care in Austin. I've dealt with dozens of dentists in my lifetime; Dr. Anderson is thorough, smart, caring, friendly and patient with the 100 or so questions I ask every time I see him. In my experience, this is a rare and especially valuable combination of professional qualities in a dentist or doctor, and it's the reason I keep going back and will continue to do so.

Additionally, if there's a problem, Dr. Anderson will not give up until it's resolved. This is especially important to me as I tend to be a "tough case" given a lack of proper dental care in early life. I give Dr. Anderson and the entire staff at Crystal Falls Dental my strongest recommendation.

With out insurance on an emergency visit they saw me within an hour. The prices for self pay are very fair Definitely found my new dentist. Very Very professional. Highly Recommended
