The evening manager was awesome! My son's high school marching band was stranded. While waiting for bus repairs- she changed the entire experience to be so positive and got our kids fed at an affordable price and efficiently. Her whole team was on board and took care of our needs. Their customer service was on point and I am so grateful for each and every one of them on duty that day!🤷🏾‍♀

Places quiet there's like nobody in here. The customer service was excellent. The frappe was delicious, and the place is clean. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended the caramel frappe.

I made a stop by McDonald's while out and about. I purchased a childhood favorite which sas a large Hi C orange fountain drink. I would recommend McDonalds as a place to stop and get your food cravings.

Ac nice and cold staff was on point took my order fast and the food was nice and hott. I will be back any time I'm in town.

It is an excellent place and the people who work there serve you with kindness. I recommend it.

On Sunday morning, 8/1/21 the ladies running the drive-thru were fantastic. They were very welcoming and polite, and provided excellent service. The lady taking my order was very sweet and talked to me about where we were from and going. I appreciated her taking that time to give a personal touch without holding up the drive-thru. They got our order perfect and were great. I would recommend this location as me and my 3 boys had a great experience on our trip to Colorado. Thank you ladies.

Listen....when I say that this was the CLEANEST McDonald's I have EVER been in....I stopped on my way back from my Cousin's wedding and I mean the bathroom was white glove approved...it smelled so sanitary and clean I almost felt guilty using the bathroom. The plant operator was working and cleaning as people were moving about the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The service was ok but I just quickly grabbed my food and left. With this visit for me it wasn't about the service but about the cleanliness of the facility. Perfect 10!!!

We stayed in jackson on the 22nd of jan. We stopped in tjos mcdonalds at 6am on the 23rd. I was tired and hungry...not my best self. The lady working the drive through was so nice. I irdered coffee...lots of sugar a d creamer. She asked how much and I sharply said i dont know...alot. instead of getting mad...she pleasantly said...alright...im going to fix you up. And she did! Best vip of coffee ive ever had. She is the picture of customer service...she quickly turned a bad morning good with her can do attitude and pleasant smile. She even had me check to make sure it was okay. I am a sr. Operations manager for a large Bank and I would hire her in a heart beat. Not sure her bame but on the receipt it says ks 15. Order number was 17and it was at 6:11 am central time on jan 23rd. Please recognize her and tell her how very blessed I was to have her serve me. I hope this repays that kindness in some way. The soda was with me as soon as I pulled up to the window. Food was another 2 minutes maybe. Really good speed since the place seemed pretty crowded inside, based on the parking lot fullness. My order was hot. fresh, and correct.

This is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I go through the drive thru for breakfast most mornings and I’m consistently greeted with a smile and a “good morning”. The customer service is impeccable!

I just drove through the drive thru and was in a terrible place in life I was upset and the drive thru lady was just trying to make conversation. She immediately saw how upset I was and gave my son a happy meal to try to make us feel better and help!! I will never forget this act of kindness because it makes me remember there really are kind people on this earth!!! I wish I knew your name dear lady because you truly made a difference and made me feel better!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

This McDonald’s is one of the best I’ve been to , food was great, staff is very friendly, place was really clean, manager doing a great job!

Fast, friendly, & attentive service & my cashier provided great customer service & got my order right!!!!( I'm a very picky person, but I tip cause I know I'm picky.)

My car messed up on interstate, and one of the places I stopped to ask could I stay there for about 5 hours while someone came to get me. Manager said was no problem and offered me a free ice cream to try make me feel better. Only place in area that was kind to me!

The drive thru attendant was one of the most polite, professional and nice attendants I have had the pleasure playing my order with at this location. Definitely an asset to your company!!
