Aspen Dental

After a crazy expensive estimate for pretty radical treatment, I ended up at Aspen. The entire staff was amazing and I felt so much better about what my options were and the best way forward for me. I’m very grateful!

It’s been 20 years since I’ve actually gotten dental work done so I was soooo nervous to go to Aspen Dental today, but when I tell you, that was the easiest most comfortable I’ve ever been in a health situation! The staff is so awesome, very nice and definitely there to help you the best way they can. They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful!!! I will always choose and recommend Aspen Dental!

I came in about two weeks ago having massive pain in my tooth! Went to several dentist with rude customer service and not so good prices and came across Aspen Dental! The staff there was awesome sauce! Dr Jung knew exactly what was wrong and referred me to the specialist that comes in. I did the financing with Joann(she was very patient and helpful) and got my root canal the following week! Everything went great and I feel so much better thanks to Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental was amazing. I worked with a few individuals and they were all sooo friendly and informative. The dental hygienist Ms. Jenn was really helpful and gentle with my cleaning. The lady that did my X-rays (sorry I can’t remember her name) was very welcoming and helpful as well!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Richardson, TX! Everyone there was exceptionally professional, and at the same time, very kind and friendly. I felt at home throughout. The Doctor and all of his Assistants were awesome! I had a great outcome, and my thanks to all!

I had a broken tooth. I am scheduled to leave for vacation tomorrow at 7am. My Plano location would not help me or work me in. I was able to get the address and phone number for the Richardson office They told me to come right in, so I did. The entire experience at the Richardson office was wonderful. My wife and I will drive the extra 10 miles to be treated there from now on

Had bottom dentures break the night before due to Cheetos. I called this location and they were amazing, got in quickly and had them fixed just as fast. Will definitely go back if needed!

I had been to a couple of places and had bad experiences. But not here! I definitely recommend this place!! The staff here from front desk to the back are amazing!!! Very pleasant and friendly. Very informative. If you have no insurance, like myself, Angela is very helpful in the financial dept. Affordable, not pushy and very understanding. I can not remember the DA’s names but they were so nice and the Dr was super patient and caring. Will definitely be coming here for all my dental needs.

This team is awesome!!! Went in with a broken tooth that was causing headaches, and left in no pain after my tooth was extracted by Dr. Jung. Could not be happier with the treatment I recieved today. Thank you all for your help today! Will be returning soon.

I came in to my appointment super nervous and afraid of what I may find out about my oral health. Every single staff member at Aspen Dental was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. While my diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear, I felt better knowing I was being well taken care of by everyone there. From my x-rays, to my exam, to my care plan, to the procedures, and the payment, everyone was amazing at their job and made me feel so much more comfortable. Dr. Jung was so gracious and told me exactly what he recommended be done. My x-ray tech and hygienists were so kind and personable as well. Crystal was amazing with helping figure out my care and payment plans. If you need a new dentist, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Richardson!!!

They were prompt and friendly. They did X-rays and explained all my options to fix my teeth. They even presented financial assistance.

I’m super afraid of dentist due to a bad experience. They where all so sweet and so nice and understanding!
In and out quickly and no pressure for other issues, just took care of my emergency.

The staff is skilled and compassionate. I feel they listen to your concerns and are willing to work with you to make sure the treatments and procedures you are getting what you need and expect. They seem to be sincerely concerned you are satisfied with your results.

Everyone was great, especially Joanna walked me over the payment plans and provided some best options to start with.

Everyone was friendly and informative. I was able to get scheduled easy and the entire process has been great so far. I’m eager to get these painful wisdom teeth out!

I am one who has major anxiety with going to the dental office due to previous trauma from a different dental office 20 years ago. Aspen dental was amazing! They were very helpful, patient and kind to me even though I was a little difficult. I would definitely recommend them.

This was the best experience I have ever had!!! Everyone and I mean everyone was so nice. They all had a job to do and they did them well. I went there scared as heck but left very assured that they were going to take care if me. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist and this place made it so easy. The staff is very friendly and I believe the dentist that did my treatment is new here and he did a fantastic job. Made me feel comfortable during the process of getting a new crown. Also despite not having insurance the first visit is free and the prices are very affordable. All my future dental work will be done here.
