It was my first time visiting, and I had a good experience! I mainly went to sell clothes. The wait wasn’t too long, maybe 45-50 minutes at most, but I looked around and tried on some clothes meanwhile. I did go on a Monday afternoon when it wasn’t very busy so that could be a factor in wait time.

The young ladies were helpful and friendly from the buying process to the checking out process. The establishment was also well-organized and clean; I love that they provide rolling shopping baskets! I wish that’s something Plato’s Closet offers. It’s easier on the arms from carrying heaps of clothes 😆 Would definitely come back again to sell.

The ladies here are always friendly and extremely helpful. The selection at the location I feel is far better than the others in town. In a great location they even have a kids consignment store next door. And they have a awesome selection of plus size...Lane Bryant, Torrid, Ava &Viv up to size 26 I believe.

I just dropped off a bag of clothes, and I so wish I got the clerks name… but I forgot to ask! (The managers may be able to figure it out… my basket number is 9 and I dropped off at 12:54 pm on 5/4/23).

Let me just say that she (the clerk helping me) was/is an absolute gem of a person! She was so kind, explained the policies very well, and funny!

I really like Clothes Mentor (both shopping and selling). I love their mission, too! It’s always such a bummer to love a company and then have an awful experience at a specific location. So I am thrilled to say that these location knocked it out of the park!

Lastly, the store is beautiful! It’s well-organized and very well displayed! I’m impressed!

I would like to say that I have had very good experiences every time. I have been shopping at this location since they first opened On Culebra Road. Since day one, I am always greeted, the staff is very helpful in helping me find something particular, they always acknowledge me because I shop there so often (lol) and the staff is always friendly. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store just by encounters at the store, and she is very friendly, and you can tell she cares about her customers.
I LOVE shopping here! I would recommend anyone to come shop here.

The customer service is always exceptional they are very attentive and very friendly. The store is always well put and organized I like the fashion styles that are showing in the window and also inside the store. This location always has a good selection of higher end brands including Loft and Calvin Klein. The staff is great too, Vanna today was friendly and helpful. The store and clothing is clean.

Found both these items $25 🥰🥰 this wAs my first time entering this store and location. Staff was nice and friendly. Since it was my first time i didnt know how the store was laid out but also i went 45min till closing but was able to find something and they signed me up for rewards as well. I will be bacj 😉

I just wanted to shout out this store real quick. I love shopping here because of the great staff. They are always friendly and share various details about current trends/styles and the selling/buying process. The selling process is super easy and convenient. You drop off your items, then give them your cell number so they can text you. When you come back they give you cash for the items they keep. The store is easy to navigate and is always clean.

Amazing staff, super friendly and very clean! I am so impressed by how they treated me and my daughter while shopping. Went the extra mile on customer service. I have shopped all the stores but by far this is the best!

My teen daughter and I had a lovely time shopping at the 151 location. First timers selling and buying, the CM team was super attentive, personable and respectful of my time... alerted me of wait time and expectations. We'll be back (wink).

Update: Having randomly read negative review posting bias to non brown ethnicities... I'm emphatically called to share that I AM A BLACK WOMAN, as is my daughter, and we could not have received a higher level of service (caveat that we came on a slow Sunday). Patrons of color DO NOT be swayed by what likey was an isolated occurrence of poor customer service... everyone deserves a pass... Extend grace people before pulling the race card.

I shop here before I travel, nearly everytime...I get to choose a couple of things that are set at a reasonable price. The people there are so friendly and are very attentive to what you need and they run sales pretty often so I get to buy more...🤗

I can always count on Clothes Mentor Culebra to find great clothes at a great price. Staff is always kind and welcoming. My favorite thing about CM Culebra is that every day they are getting in new inventory, that means every time you shop it’s a treasure hunt.
