I recently visited Fleet Feet for the first time, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received. The worker who assisted me (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name but I know she is from Chicago) went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect in soles for my needs. Her knowledge of the products and genuine passion for helping customers was truly remarkable.

Not only did she patiently listen to my preferences and concerns, but she also provided expert advice and recommendations that were tailored to my specific requirements. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Thanks to her assistance, I walked out of Fleet Feet with a pair of shoes that fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning to Fleet Feet for all my future athletic footwear needs, thanks to the outstanding service I received. Kudos to the team at Fleet Feet Chicago for employing such dedicated and knowledgeable staff members!

Began a new running hobby some months ago and realized I needed some better shoes. Walked in and was immediately greeted, taken though their foot scan process and suggested some shoes. Salesman explained the differences in the shoes, had me try them on and assisted with me choosing. He was never pushing me towards any 1 particular shoe and was just easy to work with. In, scanned, tried on and out the door with new shoes in about 20 minutes. My feet are glad I stopped in.

Staff was very friendly. Acknowledged me right away as I walked in and the man who assisted me helped me pick the right shoes for my needs. Picked up the hoka clifton 9 and he showed me the best show for my feet and everything. Amazing experience!

The store was recommended by my sister. I knew before going in that I was going to invest a good amount of money on shoes. I was a little skeptical before going because I genuinely felt I was not going to find a good pair of shoes. I was assisted by two people during my time in the store and they both were very helpful. I was able to find the right pair of shoes and bought two pairs. Both associates were kind, helpful, and attentive. I appreciated the experience.

Dillon (sp?) was so helpful and informative. I enjoyed my experience today and found some shoes that not only fit great and will help me work toward my goals - but they also are pretty! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Was Recommend to come here for a good supporting sneaker by my PT Rick from OSA advanced rehab rehabilitation. Walked in & was greeted by Brandon, told him my story on how I had two surgeries on my left foot for plantar fasciitis, and while recovering I fell over my golden & fractured my right foot - fracturing my fibula/tibia
Brandon made several recommendations & gave me plenty options, he was so patient with me explained which shoes were really gonna give me that support I need., I think I tried on 6 pairs of sneakers lol for being so young, he was pretty knowledgeable, & personable. About an hour & half later I made a decision on what felt the best in & recommended by my PT. the saucony shoe

Needed some diabetic socks in black color and Ryan took his time in explaining the type of socks that were available and he made sure I bought the correct size, the store’s return policy is very generous. I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Culebra store and will continue to shop there

I had a great experience getting fitted with the proper shoes. Evan the sales associate was very helpful and knew his business. I appreciate all he did to help me get fitted with the proper shoes. I believe these shoes will keep me comfortable while I am working on my feet all day long. This is the store to go when you want to get properly fitted, without costing you anything extra money. They provide great customer service and support.

Great experience here. Felt comfortable going through the foot analysis and coming out with a pair of shoes I loved.

My husband needed new shoes to get back into running. Dylan helped us and was great. He was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions.

The two gentlemen in the store were amazingly nice. We came in about 35 minutes before close and they facilitated us trying on multiple pairs of shoes, answering questions, and overall being super helpful talking about marathon prep. I highly recommend any level of runner visiting this store. I shop at fleet feet for the run guarantee, but come to the store for the people.

This was my second time getting shoes at this Fleet Feet. I had an excellent experience with my associate Carroll. He took care to learn about my running habits and foot profile. He helped me understand the subtle differences between the shoes I tried, which helped me decide the best pair for me.

The associate that assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me, a beginner to running. He walked me through my foot scan and what it meant, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Going forward, I will not shop anywhere else for running shoes or related items.

Me and my boyfriend popped in to check out some running shoes that we were interested in. For us, the small store experience these days is borderline aggrivating. The poor employees are so sales driven (not by choice) that it's annoying to shop because they are so desperate to get you to buy overpriced merchandise just so they can make a real paycheck off commissions. We'd both rather just stay home and order from Amazon for the most part. However, the experience here was not what we expected, but in the best of ways. We were greeted by a very kind and calm employee (I kick myself for not remembering his name) who was very knowledgeable about all the shoes we were interested in, and made great suggestions for alternatives. He brought out what we needed, and assessed our gaits. No overtly salesy suggestions, just plain and simple good customer service. I'd love to come back here.
