Me and my brother stopped here today on a whim because we are coffee obsessed and it was such a wonderful coffee experience! Chasity helped us and she was super sweet and very easy to talk to, plus she made some delicious iced lattes for us!! There were also two local Garland foodies there who made the experience even more enjoyable. They have a back area to relax and enjoy and it is super cute. We will definitely be back!:)

My daughter bought a birthday cake and cupcakes for a surprise 70th birthday party for me this past July. Not only was I surprised, but absolutely delighted that I was able to eat the cake, gluten free, sugar free, keto and incredibly delicious. It was decorated beautifully and I enjoyed ever bit of the cake and frosting that I got to take home. Once this political farce of a plague is over I intend to visit the shop and try some other keto baked goods. Thank you for making my birthday this year really special!

VERY nice place and super friendly employees! I stopped in for the first time today. I wanted to grab something before work. It was easy and fast getting in and out. I got the shake and tea combo. It was very good! There are almost too many choices! I am super happy there is something like this in Garland! OH! And behind the store is a great sitting/play area! Can't wait to grab a coffee and hang out with my girlfriends there!

“Blue” Me Away, did just that! As soon as the hot tea touched my tongue, my taste buds did a dance 🤗 This Keto, Vegan, Gluten-free coffee cafe is the place to be! This fire warmed my heart as well as the fact that a percentage of the proceeds go to veterans. Thank you for your sacrifice as well as creating a healthy alternative. This place is absolutely amazing! We stopped by today and I had the 3 berry tea which is delicious and the snicker doodle ice cream which is TO DIE FOR! 😋 Chasity and her husband are a delight. This business is based on so many great things and I can't wait to go back. If you haven't been here yet, your missing out!

Don't let this little" Hole in the wall" fool ya! There's a lot of GOOD food and drinks for such a small space!! The meal replacement shakes are delivered from heaven each morning- I'm certain of it! A wide variety of coffees and teas are available for your individual wants and needs.they serve waffles on Wednesdays and Saturdays which are keto friendly.muffins and other treats are served daily which are also sugar free and keto!!! The back yard patio has games and plenty of room for relaxation and fun for ALL ages( even pets). The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable of every product they sell which gives me peace of mind that I'm Being served products of excellent quality!

Lovely shop with great people. Got coffee here awhile back. Love the atmosphere, has a back patio to hang out and is a dog friendly place! Great support for the military and police. 10/10

WOW! What a find! 🤩 Excellent and FRIENDLY customer service (which I actually find harder and harder to find these days) DELICIOUS and actually GOOD FOR YOUR BODY yummy coffee drinks?! Tbh-almost scared me away from trying one, but I’m SO glad I did! Didn’t taste sugar free at all! I can’t wait to come back and try the pastries and other extras! Oh! Met Chastity at a pop up in Garland. She featured several different desserts and snacks as well as several types of coffee. Coffee isn't my thing but I was lucky enough to try almost all of the snacks. Take into consideration that her foods are keto friendly and gluten free. With slightly adjusted expectations, they were very good overall. The chocolate cake and the spicy chorizo waffle were the best. If the snacks at the pop up are indicator, the actual store is a winner!

On a personal note. I want everyone to support this business. Chastity is such a warm, honest and caring spirit. She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the healthy lifestyle. I hope her business thrives and that she keeps on kicking cancer's butt!

Y'all, the coffee is amazing - great deep roasted flavor, not bitter. Owner is super nice, and her keto goodies are yummy (and I'm not keto). Don't miss their waffle days - Wednesdays are sweet waffles, Saturdays are savory.

Super amazing coffee! And the customer service is great to! It is a bit small in the inside but it looks like they have a sitting area outside. The gentleman who helped me today knew his coffee very well and explained to me the different types of items they offered and which would best fit me. He was well informed on the products I loved it! Also they have snow cones so if you have kids (like me) you can get your fix while they get there self something as well 😁

My 11 year old is a gluten free diabetic and this place is amazing! We got banana bread, sausage biscuits, cupcakes, and coffee. All so good! 10/10

This is such a delightful new coffee shop in Garland! I'm actually not a coffee drinker, but their chai latte & their "Cherry Bomb" are both delightful. The real reason my husband & I are visiting almost every weekend, though, is the savory waffles that they offer on Saturdays. Y'all, these waffles are the perfect Saturday brunch item, & you NEED to check them out. Plus, the entire family who runs it are super sweet people!

If you haven't tried it yet, drop everything and go (during business hours, of course 😉). Everything is delicious and nutritious! Chasity and her family are delightful, and they serve our community so well!! Wednesdays and Saturdays, you have to try the waffles!! I haven't had one yet that I didn't love! I honestly haven't had anything there that I didn't like! Just try it! You won't be sorry! ❤

Enjoyed the maple flavored coffee. Locally owned and operated business. Great location to pick up baked goods with keto diet minded offerings. No added sugar in any items! Very diabetic and keto friendly.

This place has some really good drinks! I normally drink my coffee with some cream and sugar additives, but here, I drink it black because it's that good! I love how it's a family ran place and Chasity and her son Zachary are so well informed who like to pass that information to their customers. Definitely recommend stopping by this place and to try their nitro coffee!
