Town Central Apartments

Lynetta Johnson was very helpful in helping with the process of following up on our apartment application and directing us to the right individuals. She was very responsive and was able to assist in helping us finalize the apartment. Thank you very much for all the quick and painless follow up process to confirm that we indeed were approved an now have a new place to call home!

I've been living here over five years with three different management companies we have a new management company multifamily out of Arkansas I cannot give a rating on their performance as they just took over so far the new vice president Miss Johnson reaches out 2 tenants which is nice but we'll see where it goes from there I'll review in 3 months

They send the same old email after Multiple trys of trying to reach Property Management. I never talked too anybody. I hate leaving bad reviews but after years of trying too hey in touch with someone how are they still running a business

They really don’t take care of the place, as well they never answer if you need maintenance, the rent is too expensive, also the lady that is the manager (M Sacra) is really really rude, also the apartments don’t look nice like on the pictures. I do not recommend them 👎

They definitely do not maintain the neatness of the property.
