The people at Caring Transitions were easy to deal with and worked on scheduling to meet our needs. The young men (movers) arrived on time, were very polite, and responded positively to directions given. They also were very careful with the furniture and efficient with their labor. Definitely a positive experience earning our recommendation.

Leilani and her employees were wonderful! They greeted me with a smile, had all my items ready and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip back to Corpus Christi. This was my first auction and pickup with CT and it was a great experience!

Caring Transitions of San Antonio helped clear out my deceased mother's house before we listed it for sale. There was 30 years of stuff in this house that my family simply couldn't go through in a timely manner. Ben and his team were professional, careful, prompt, and did what was agreed upon without any confusion or mix up. Some items were donated, some were set aside as family keepsakes, and some things were trashed. Caring Transitions took care of all of it so the family didn't have to worry about any of it! Caring Transitions was recommended by the retirement community I moved into, and I am so glad they were. The process of getting a quote and signing the contract was very smooth. The management worked with me when the scheduled move date had to change. I stayed in my closed bedroom when the packers came to my home because of the pandemic. A friend coordinated packing and moving my furniture to storage, because the senior retirement community would not let movers in right away. My friend was very impressed with the packers and movers and told me how efficient and caring they were. When I was finally able to get my furniture out of storage and moved into my apartment, I saw the movers and packers in action. Every one of the workers was efficient and considerate. One packer/unpacker in particular--Collette--stood out. She made me feel like she wasn't unpacking household goods for a stranger but that she was helping a friend make her new apartment a home. She took meticulous care with everything and made suggestions that were very helpful. She even stopped in a few days later when she working on another move in the building to be sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Caring Transitions of San Antonio to seniors contemplating a move. Moving from my home of 53 years to a senior community turned out to be much more simple and comfortable than I expected.

Benjamin and his team were amazing. He coordinated moving my elderly mother from one assisted living facility to another. They are 100% trustworthy and did an excellent job moving her into the new place – it was as if she had lived there all along. My mother was so happy with them, and they were able to communicate with her in a way that I am not able to and her she felt completely at ease with them. I highly recommend Caring Transitions and will use them again very soon to coordinate some other projects we need to have taken care regarding my elderly mother. Benjamin and his team did an excellent job handling my mother's estate sale and donating the items that didn't sell, leaving me with a nearly empty home. At every step, they went above and beyond. They were exceptionally thoughtful, helpful, and trustworthy. While the check at the end wasn't quite as large as I had hoped, it was very near what Benjamin has estimated at our first meeting. There were no surprise fees or charges. Everything worked out wonderfully, and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

Caring Transitions recently held an Estate sale for the property of a deceased friend. I cannot recommend them highly enough! It was a full hous and they did everything with care and concern. Their consideration and integrity while dealing with her belongings was commendable. Laura Palenske was the supervisor and her help and integrity was beyond reproach. She found money, coins Etc which were promptly returned to me. I would definitely this company again

We highly recommend Caring Transitions for your next move. Jaysun and Anthony were very professional and efficient. Communication was great on ETA. They protected the furniture with plastic wrap and were very careful in moving each piece. You won't be disappointed!

Five stars for the very professional, organized way they run their sales, especially in this time of Covid. Theirs are the only sales I've been to that actually make sure they don't have too many people at one time by having customers sign up on Signup Genius beforehand to get an exact time to show up. That is very efficient and nice because you don't have to stand outside in the heat and mosquitos waiting for your turn to get into the sale. I wish all estate sale companies did this, even in times when Covid isn't going on.

They do price things higher on the initial days the sale runs than other companies do, but they also seem to have a better caliber of items, so maybe that's part of it. And they do mark everything down that's left on the last day of the sale to 50%, and they usually have quite a few things left.

Last but not least, their staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome and are happy to answer questions or help in any way they can. They also will pack up breakable items and have sacks to carry things in. Other sales I've been to do not do that.

When the time comes, they will be the company I call to handle my own estate sales because I get the vibe that they would be extremely professional in dealing with my things or those of my loved ones.

I would unhesitatingly recommend the services of Scott Bleichwehl & his Caring Transitions San Antonio North team as they are the best! They are there when you need them and are steadfast in their mission to help take the burden of relocating loved ones (regardless of the reason -- seniors, terminal illnesses, etc.) off your shoulders and put on theirs. They are professional, honest, and most importantly they are caring throughout the process! They stepped up to the plate to make my frantic efforts of cleaning out, moving out & relocating my sister due to a terminal illness, and they acted quick & efficiently! They realized we were stumbling and they helped us gain our footing and realize a profitable outcome of disposing copious amounts of property to help us meet some financial obligations. I can't say enough good things about them as words don't cover their efforts -- I will say that you need to call them when the needs arises as they can & will help you through the tough times.

They were very professional and thorough. Ben explained the services they would be doing and was very accessible when we had questions. We were very satisfied and would recommend them!
