I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here. Tina has been very helpful and has gone beyond customer service. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and truly care about their patients. Dr. Andrew’s was very informative and worked with our needs. If I could give them 10 starts I would, I highly recommend them. Thank you ladies!!

Maggie is an awesome dental hygienist. She was very thorough and detailed with the cleaning of my teeth. She explained everything about the procedure and the examination of my gums as I had a few places where it was starting to recede. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I have been going to 183 Family Dentistry for a few years now. During that time, I have had a bridge replaced, a new crown and partials done. I have been pleased with the results of the work done as well as the cost and how the options and procedures were explained prior to any work being done. But what I have always appreciated very much are the warm and pleasant greetings from the ladies at the front desk. During my last visit for a routine cleaning, Rena was so kind and cheerful, and the Dental Hygienist, Maggie, was pleasant, calming and very good at her job. I don't usually give reviews but felt the need to share this time. Thank you for your great customer service!

Dental anxiety doesn’t exist here. Everyone is simply lovely—attentive, understanding, informative. The doctors do an excellent job. The front desk staff is always accommodating. You’ll leave with a smile that’s for sure :)

Always so kind with my teenager that has anxiety about going to the dentist. That means the world to me. One of the few offices that accepts Medicaid in Cedar Park/Leander. I'm very thankful for their top notch service.

My front tooth crown came off just as I got to Leander, TX. I’m from California and my dental plan does not cover me here. When we called this office, they told us to come in and quoted us a very affordable price for the services. Other dental offices were not able to accommodate me right away and the prices quoted were much higher. As soon as we got there we were greeted and after we completed the paperwork, I was seen. The staff (receptionist, dental assistant, dentist and even staff that were not directly involved in my procedure) was very friendly. I felt very comfortable. They explained every action they were going to take. Because there were no other complications that prevented them from completing the procedure, I was back at my son’s home within an hour and there were no extra fees. My crown is back where it should be and looks great. I am very pleased with their service.

I have been going to this location for more than 30 years. Even though the staff has changed over the years, this office has always felt warm and welcoming. Everyone in the office calls you by name and is as nice as they can be while poking around in your mouth. I have had every dental procedure done from fillings to crowns and have no complaints. And I love the hygienist. She is professional and gentle. I even like the music they play in the treatment rooms.

After moving from a different state I was so nervous about finding a new facility. However, the staff of 183 Family Dentistry were SO very welcoming and kind! I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff were incredible! I am very thankful to have found such a genuine establishment that was so kind and thoughtful throughout my entire experience.

Went back in and was greeted by the ever pleasant staff; love how easy it is to work with Dr Mathew and my procedure was done quick and without any discord concerns; will be back when I’m in town again!

My first visit to 183 Family Dentistry was the easiest dental appointment i’ve had. Having dental anxiety is not easy but Rena made it a great experience from the time I walked in the door. The hygienist was great also. I just want to say thank you to the whole dental team for a positive experience. Rena is excellent.

The staff at 183 Family Dentistry has been absolutely wonderful each and every time I’ve gone in for various dental services. Dr. Mathew is kind, takes careful measures to ensure your comfort, and keeps a good rapport with her patients. The rest is the staff is just as caring, they are polite, and all take interest in how things are going. Alexis and Allison work very well with Dr. Mathew and exhibit her same best qualities. Everyone is always positive and excited, and somehow make the visit to the dentist a delightful one. I highly recommend Dr. Mathew and her team of professionals.
